Im Europahaus warten ein helles, möbliertes Zimmer, zwei Bäder für insgesamt drei Personen (zwei coole Mitmenschen), eine schicke Küche und ein kleiner aber feiner Balkon auf dich.
We're looking for a new flatmate in Europahaus! Awaiting you is a bright and furnished room, two bathrooms for the three of us (two awesome flatmates), a lovely kitchen and a small but comfy balcony.
Die Lage unseres Wohnheims ist für Studis ausgesprochen gut. Direkt nebenan ist nämlich das Uni-Center mit Rewe, Netto, Rossmann, Apotheke, Dönerbude, Druckshop und, und, und. An der Uni bist du in wenigen Gehminuten. Die U35-Haltestelle Gesundheitscampus ist 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Direkt vor der Tür hast du ein Hallenbad und das Stadtzentrum erreichst du vom Gesundheitscampus in etwa 10 Minuten mit der Bahn.
The location of our dormitory is fantastic for students. From our balcony you can practically see into Uni-Center, where you will find Rewe and Netto (two supermarkets), Rossmann (a drugstore), a pharmacy, places to buy kebab, a print shop and much more. You will reach RUB in only a few minutes on foot. The U35 stop Gesundheitscampus is 2 minutes from our apartment. Directly next door there is an indoor swimming pool and you can reach the city centre from the the metro station Gesundheitscampus in about 10 minutes by train.
Du wirst mit Olga und Carlo leben. Wir sind beide ziemlich entspannte Menschen, denen Sauberkeit wichtig ist und die dich gerne in der Küche für einen Kaffee oder Tee treffen. Wir schreiben grad beide an unseren Masterarbeiten und bei uns gibt es einen flexiblen Putzplan.
You will live with Olga and Carlo. We're both relatively quiet people who care about cleanliness and who will be happy to meet you in the kitchen for coffee or tea. We're currently both working in our theses and we have a cleaning schedule.
WLAN und alle Nebenkosten sind in den 293 € Miete enthalten. Wir teilen uns hier den Rundfunkbeitrag. Dieses Zimmer wird mir vom AKAFÖ vermietet, was heißt, dass du berechtigt sein musst, ein Zimmer vom AKAFÖ zu mieten. Du musst dafür eingeschriebene_r Student_in sein.
