Private room in a Studentenwohnheim shared with 7 other people.The room has a washing basin, bed,wardrobe, tea table ,study table and a chair. Kitchen,Shower and WC are shared.

5 mins on foot to Markstraße U-Bahn Station and from there you can get to the city center in 8 mins.
-RUB is 2 mins, Gesundheits Campus is 1min and Hochschule Bochum is 4mins away in U-Bahn.If you would like to walk to the Uni it takes around 15-20 mins.
-Aldi is 3mins on foot.Sahin (Turkish Supermarkt) and Frisch Center just around the apartment building .
The neighbors are from Iran , Turkey and Ghana, who are really friendly and will help out with things you need. I have been staying here for more than 2 years now and I love the shared space because of the people.
Markstraße is not really a quiet place because its where all the students are staying.So usually there will be Partys and Gatherings on weekends and it will be full of life.But on a usual week day everyone is busy with their life.
