Das Wohnheim wurde vor ein paar Jahren neu gebaut. Dadurch ist das Wohnheim sehr modern. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und ca. 15 qm groß. Das Herzstück der WG ist der großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Des Weiteren gibt es zwei Bäder und Schränke im Flur. Im Wohnheim selbst gibt es mehrere Gemeinschaftsräume, Waschmaschinen und eine Dachterrasse.
In den Kosten ist alles enthalten außer der GEZ Kosten.
Das Wohnheim ist sehr gut angebunden. Es befindet sich direkt an der U-Bahn-Station Markstraße. Bis zur RUB sind es zwei Station und bis zum Hauptbahnhof fünf. Gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt und eine Packstation. Alles andere wie Apotheken, Ärzte etc. sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die anderen Mädels sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das WG-Leben selbst ist eher rugig.
