Das Zimmer ist ca. 16m² Groß und auf Wunsch teilmöbliert. Kann aber auch Leer übergeben werden.
In der Wohnküche befindet sich eine Voll ausgestattete Küche mit ordentlich Arbeitsfläche. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Großen Garten der mit den 6 Parteien des Hauses geteilt wird.
Die Lage ist ruhig, aber nicht zu weit weg. In der Nähe ist ein Rewe, Netto, Biomarkt, Kiosk und alles was man sonst so braucht. Die Bahn ist die 308/318, wo man zu Fuß ca. 3-4 Minuten hinbraucht und zum HBF ca. 8-10 Minuten fährt. Zur RUB braucht man ca. 30 Minuten, kommt einem aber weniger vor.
Ich (Mitbewohner) bin 22 Jahre alt und studiere an der RUB Maschinenbau im 5. Semester. In meiner Freizeit Koche ich gerne, mache viel Sport und gucke Filme, Serien etc. ✌
Die Gesamtmiete wird ca. 350-360€ betragen. Die Übernahmekosten für die Küche und Einrichtung und eventuelle Möbel müssten mit meinem alten Mitbewohner abgesprochen werden.
