Hallo,
die Wohnung hat 4 Räume + Bad + großer Wohnküche.
Aktuell ist die Wohnung von einer 4er Studenten-WG bewohnt, welche zum 31.08. ausziehen werden.
Die Wohnung ist ~120 qm groß. Durch die Dachschrägen würde man von einer Wohnfläche von 110 qm sprechen.
Ihr könnt auch gerne nur mit 3 Personen wohnen, solange die Kaltmiete i.H.v. 900€ gezahlt wird. (300€ p.P.)
Die Küche vom Vormieter könnte übernommen werden.
Die Zimmer sind natürlich nicht alle identisch groß. Siehe Grundriss.
Die Zug- und Bushaltestelle Langendreer West S ist wenige Minuten entfernt.
Dort kommt ihr:
- innerhalb von 11 Minuten zur RUB (Bus 370er)
- innherhalb von 4 minuten zum BO HBF (Zug S1)
- innerhalb von 9 Minuten zur Dortmunder Universität (Zug S1),
- innerhalb von
Diverse Autobahnen wie die A40 oder A43 sind ebenfalls in < 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Die WG wird von euch neu gegründet. Das WG-Leben wird somit durch dich bestimmt :)
