Weil ich ab 02.2022 mit meinem Freund wohnen, suche ich eine Nachmieteri für meine WG.
Um in diesem Studentenwohnheim leben zu können musst du als Student in Bochum, Gelsenkirchen, Recklinghausen, Heiligenhaus oder Bocholt eingeschrieben sein, da es sich um ein Wohnheim vom Akafö handelt.

Über die Wohnheim:
Miete 300 EUR + Nebenkosten 40 EUR + Radiobeitrag (17.50/4 EUR)
4 Bewohner. 2 Badezimmer.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer WG im Wohnheim Siepenfeld. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und durch die großen Fenster kommt sehr viel Licht herein. Das Zimmer hat etwa 22 qm. und die Ausstattung reicht völlig aus.
Neben dem Zimmer gibt es eine große geräumige Küche, welche wir in Wohnzimmer und Küche aufgeteilt haben. In diesem gucken wir auch des öfteren zusammen Filme oder quatschen einfach ein bisschen. Außerdem haben wir zwei Bäder.
Das Wohnheim wurde 2019 eröffnet, es ist also alles noch in einem top Zustand.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich auch ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschineund Trockner.
hat gleichzeitig jeder seine Privatsphäre, wenn er sie braucht und wird in dieser auch nicht gestört.
I am moving to live with a friend and thus want to find a new tenant to take over my room from 02.2022.
The room is about 22 m^2, which is equipped with a bed, 3 chairs, 2 desks and a laundry room (free). The very large kitchen and 2 bathrooms are shared between tenants. 4 girls share the apartment.
The building is located near many supermarkets and 3 mins away from Markstr. station and bus stops. RUB campus is 2 stops away.
The monthly rent is 300 EUR plus Nebenkosten 40 EUR plus Radiobeitrag (17.50/4 EUR). The deposit is equal to two-month rent.
The requirement for the new tenant is to be a student who is studying or interning in Bochum.
