Waterstreet WG zwischen Uni und Innenstadt

Die WG liegt nahe der Bahnhaltestelle Wasserstraße, genau in der Mitte zwischen der Uni und der Innenstadt. Die U35 ist nur 2 Min entfernt, ein Edeka und Bäcker liegen gegenüber. In der Nähe gibt es kleine Parks und auch der Springorum-Radweg ist nicht weit. Auch eine Apotheke ist direkt ums Eck.

The shared flat is located near the Wasserstraße train station, right in the middle between the university and the city center. The U35 is only 2 minutes away and there is a supermarket and bakery opposite. There are small parks nearby and the Springorum cycle path is not far either. There is also a pharmacy just around the corner.

In der WG quatschen wir oft in der Küche, kochen zusammen und manchmal geht es auch zu einem Spieleabend, ins Kino oder auf Konzerte. Unter der Woche gingen wir bisher auch gerne mal zusammen ins Tanztraining. Wir haben einen gemeinsamen Freundeskreis mit den Menschen, die mal hier in der WG gelebt haben, hier kannst du dich auch immer gerne anschließen. 😊 Natürlich hat jede*r seine/ihre Privatsphäre und wir nehmen Rücksicht aufeinander, wenn eine*r Ruhe braucht. Wir teilen uns aktuell alle Lebensmittel und stimmen uns gerne mal bezüglich des Kochens ab. Wir orientieren uns an einem Putzplan und Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig.

Du würdest mit Caro und Malte zusammenziehen. Caro arbeitet in einem Bochumer Musiklabel, meist arbeitet sie bis 18 Uhr, geht dann ihren Hobbys (Musik und Taanzen) nach und ist immer für einen Schnack, Netflix oder gemeinsames Kochen zu haben. Falls du gerne auf Konzerte gehst, bist du bei Caro an der richtigen Stelle – sie setzt ihre Freund*innen nämlich immer auf die Gästeliste von coolen Festivals oder Gigs (for free!). Malte ist ganz frisch hier eingezogen und ein super lieber. Er studiert Informatik und freut sich auch auf gemeinsame Spieleabende oder bekocht die WG mit selbstgemachter Pizza oder Flammkuchen.

Wir suchen eine Person, die Lust hat ein nettes Miteinander zu gestalten und natürlich hast du trotzdem deinen Rückzugsort. Wir sind keine PartyWG aber immer offen für Besuch 😊


In the shared flat, we often chat in the kitchen, cook together and sometimes we go to a games night, to the cinema or to concerts. During the week, we've also enjoyed going to dance classes together. We have common friends ,!the people who used to live here in the shared flat, so you're always welcome to join us. 😊 Of course, everyone has their own privacy and we show consideration for each other when someone needs peace and quiet. We currently share all the food and like to coordinate our cooking. We follow a cleaning schedule and cleanliness is important to us!

You would move in with Caro and Malte. Caro works at a music label in Bochum, she usually works until 6 pm, then pursues her hobbies (music and dancing) and is always available for a chat, Netflix or cooking together. If you like going to concerts, you've come to the right place with Caro - she always puts her friends on the guest list for cool festivals or gigs (for free!). Malte has just moved in here and is a super nice guy. He's studying computer science and looks forward to game nights together or cooking the flatmates homemade pizza or tarte flambée.

We are looking for someone who wants to create a nice atmosphere together and of course you still have your own place to retreat to. We are not a party flat share but are always open to visitors 😊
