Ich biete mein WG-Zimmer in Bochum-Innenstadt, aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes, zur dreimonatigen Zwischenmiete an (Kann auch auf Rücksprache verlängert werden).
Das Zimmer ist 16 Quadratmeter groß und voll mobiliert inkl. 1.40 m großem Bett, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, großes Wandregal und 2 Kleiderstangen. Fast alles was du auf den Bildern siehst, wird auch drin bleiben. Eine Kaution i.v.H 400€ wird auch verlangt.
Die WG befindet sich im 3 Stock und besteht aus 3 Zimmern, ein Flur, ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine voll ausgestattete Küche ( Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Küchenutensilien, Geschirr u.s.w. Waschmaschine)
Die Wohnung liegt am Nordring direkt zur Haltestelle Bochum Rathaus Nord ( 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt). Dur wirst also im Zentrum wohnen, sodass alles in der Nähe ist sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Fahrrad (verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten z.B Rewe in 5minuten Entfernung, türkische/arabische Supermärkte etc). Zum Hbf braucht man ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß genauso wie zum Bermuda3eck. Zur Uni kannst du die Bahn nehmen und bist in 13 Minuten da.
Hier wohnen Yasmina, Samin und Fredy. Wir sind aufgeschlossene, unkomplizierte und lustige Menschen und für fast jeden Spaß zu haben.
Ordnung+Sauberkeit und Rücksicht aufeinander sind uns auf jeden Fall wichtig. Falls du dich angesprochen fühlst dann melde dich einfach bei mir und wir vereinbaren einen Besichstigungstermin. Wir freuen uns dich kennenzulernen! ☺️

I am offering my room in a shared flat in Bochum city centre for a three-month interim rental period due to a stay abroad (can also be extended on consultation).
The room is 16 square metres and fully furnished including a 1.40 m bed, desk, office chair, large wall shelf and 2 clothes rails. Almost everything you see in the pictures will stay there. A deposit of 370€ is also required.
The flat-share is on the 3rd floor and consists of 3 rooms, a hallway, a bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, crockery, etc.washing machine)
The flat is located on the Nordring directly to the Bochum Rathaus Nord bus stop (3 minutes walk away). You will live in the centre of Bochum, so that everything is close by, both on foot and by bike (various shopping facilities, e.g. Rewe in 5 minutes, Turkish/Arab supermarkets, etc). It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the main train station and to the Bermuda3eck. You can take the train to the university in 13 minutes.
Yasmina, Samin and Fredy live here. We are open-minded, uncomplicated and funny people and are up for almost any kind of fun.
