It is partly furnished although I am not sure what exactly will go.

We live in the hill part of Bodenheim so we are right next to the vineyards and the fields. It is a great place to have a walk to unwind after a stressful day.
There is a buss stop (lane 69) right next to the house and the train station is 10 min walking down the hill.
It takes just 10 min To get to Mainz Hbf by train.
We have a Rewe at 15 min walk and a shopping zone with Aldi, Lidl, Te Gut and other stores maybe at 25 min walk but bus goes there also (maybe 5 min drive)
We are welcoming and respecting people with different cultural backgrounds. We want to create a peaceful, comfortable and calm environment for everyone in the House.
As well as we are trying to take care of the place and keep it in a good shape.
In the war month it is possible to take of the garden and do some planting and other activities like sun bathing. The garden is at least 200 sqm
House is divided in 3 flats so you will share the bottom flat with only 2 people. So the kitchen and 2 bathrooms are shared by 3 people in total.
Currently we are searching for 2 people since there are 2 rooms available as previous tenants had to leave in a rush.
As it is a private house we have to take care of the outside ourselves by cleaning the front of the house and take care of the garden. It will not be a must but I would really appreciate the help.
You will have a lot of common area space in that apartment including a common room and a winter garden.
It would be great if you are a friendly and open minded person who accepts the differences of others and also share the community feeling and responsibility.
We try to keep everything in a right place and a happy to create or change stuff around together :)
