Welcome to our home. Maybe not the fanciest of places but it's found in the quietest and most beautiful location in all of Vienna (in our opinion), the amazing Urslinenhof. We are vegan, non-smokers, queer friendly and 'flat family' orientated.
The room for rent is 20m2. Brand new windows so is well-insulated in the winter. Your room is east facing so stays nicely shaded during the summer. There are more trees than you can count, sleeping with an open window is normal for us.
U6 Währinger Volksoper is 230m, 40, 41, 42 trams likewise 230m. 10A bus 200m. Nicccolo our wonderful flatmate is moving city for work and study reasons and therefore can sell you their furniture (although it is not a must).
Over the summer there will be space in the flat from the 20th of June up until the end of September as Matleena will be away most of the time so earlier will be possible if this is of interest!

Flat life is generally relaxed, once every 2 weeks we host a dinner party where lots of people come together to celebrate life and togetherness. It usually does not go on so late and doesn't get crazy. Unfortunately, (big) pets are not allowed in the flat. The neighbors are chill no one has ever complained about the noise and they are generally friendly and helpful.
