Wohnung mit Eingang vom Innenhof eines kleinen Vierkanthofes. Das Zimmer sind hell und sauber.

Im Inneren ist der Vierkanthof sehr ruhig, nach außen hin ist er an der Alfterer Straße gelegen. Der ÖPNV ist nur 150m entfernt..

Der Vierkanthof liegt in Alfter direkt an der Alfterer Straße in Alfter-Gielsdorf. Gielsdorf ist der an Bonn nächstgelegene Stadtteil von Alfter.

Geschäfte für die Nahversorgung gibt es in Alfter, größere Baumärkte etc. sind in der Nähe entweder in Köln oder in Bonn. Die Alfterer Straße ist viel befahren, hinter dem Hoftor ist jedoch eine ruhige Idylle.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Vierkanthof. Nebenan in ein Haus in dem auch WG's sind. Der Innenhof kann von allen genutzt werden.

Der Vierkanthof ist in Alfter-Gielsdorf gelegen. 4 Häuser stehen um einen Innenhof herum. Nachdem man durch das Holztor geht, kommt man in einen Bereich der Ruhe Das zu vermietende Haus ist von der Straße abgewandt. Es ist also sehr ruhig dort. Ideal gelegen auch für Studenten der Alanus Hochschule. Im Innenhof kann ein Tisch und einige Stühle aufgestellt werden. Die können im Sommer natürlich genutzt werden.
