Die Kaution beträgt drei Monatsmieten.
Das Haus ist möbliert ( Möbel müssen aber nicht übernommen werden, falls sie einem nicht gefallen sollten). Ein Fernsehanschluß (Satellit), sowie ein Internet Anschluß(mit Wlan) sind bereits vorhanden. Die Zimmer werden aber als möbliert vermietet.
Durch die offene Bauweise kommt viel Licht in das Haus, dies sorgt für eine angenehme und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die gemeinsame Küche sowie das große Wohnzimmer und der Garten können als Gemeinschaftsräume genutzt werden. Bei Bedarf kann man sich, bedingt durch die Größe, jedoch ohne Probleme in Ruhe zurückziehen.
Vom Haus aus ist die Stadt sowohl mit Bahn als auch mit dem Bus schnell zu erreichen.
-Die Bushaltestelle ist 5min entfernt (man bracht 12min zum Bertha)
-Die Bahnhaltestelle ist 10 min Entfernt (man braucht 13min zum Bertha)
Mit dem Fahrrad benötigt man 10- 15 min in die Stadt (je nach tempo)
Supermärkte (Lidl, Netto, Rewe) sind in der Nähe. Ein Bäcker sowie ein Restaurant und eine Dönerbude sind eben falls Fußläufig in 5min erreichbar.
