Vermietet wird ein gemütliches DG-Zimmer. In dem Zimmer sind ein Tisch und Stuhl als WG-Inventar vorhanden. Sie müssen aber natürlich nicht genutzt werden. Das Regal verlässt das Zimmer ggf. noch.
Dein Zimmernachbar ist Manu, mit dem du dir die Etage und ein kleines Bad teilst. Sein Arbeitszimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer für euch beide, welches man aber gut mit einem Vorhang abschotten könnte, wenn gewollt.

The table + chair belong to the shared flat. They may, but don't have to be used. The shelf might still leave the room, we have to decide about that.
You're sharing the floor and a small bathroom with Manu. His working room is a 'walk-through' room for both of you. However, it would be easy to separate it with a curtain if favoured.
Muffendorf ist die perfekte Mischung aus Dorf und guter Anbindung. Zwei Bushaltestellen sind direkt um die Ecke und bringen dich in wenigen Minuten nach Bad Godesberg und weiter. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind super per Fahrrad oder Bus zu erreichen. Vom Bhf Bad Godesberg aus bist du schnell in Bonn City oder Köln; klar, nachts kann es mal länger dauern. Aber dafür hat ist es hier ruhig und es gibt genug Platz. Ca. 200 m vom Haus entfernt liegt ein Garten, den wir mitnutzen dürfen und nur etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß brauchst du um mitten im Wald zu sein. Das Haus selbst kann mit Sauna und Dachterasse glänzen. Außerdem haben wir ein großes Wohnzimmer und einen geräumigen (Party-)Keller.
Auch ganz schön: Die Muffendorfer Hauptstraße ist mit ihren alten Fachwerkhäusern quasi das Herzstück Muffendorfs, wo auch jährlich im September die Muffenale stattfindet.
ENGLISH:
Muffendorf is the perfect mix of village and good transport links. Two bus stops are just around the corner and take you to Bad Godesberg and beyond in just a few minutes. All shopping facilities are easy to reach by bike or bus. From Bad Godesberg station, you can quickly reach Bonn City or Cologne; of course, it can take longer at night. But it's quiet here and there's plenty of space. There is a garden about 200 metres from the house, which we are allowed to use, and you only need about 15 minutes on foot to be in the middle of the forest. The house itself boasts a sauna and roof terrace. We also have a large living room and a spacious party cellar.
Also very nice: Muffendorf's main street with its old half-timbered houses is the centrepiece of Muffendorf, where the Muffenale takes place every year in September.
Wir haben die Haus-WG vor ca. einem Jahr übernommen und bauen seitdem ein gemütliches Zuhause auf.
Aktuell wohnen in der Muffensause:
Manu ist angehender Gärtner und ehemaliger Erzieher. Er macht aktuell seine 2. Ausbildung zum Bio-Gemüsegärtner und hegt auch privat einen bunten botanischen Garten aus großen Chilli-Pflanzen und kleinen Bäumen. Wenn Manu neben seiner Ausbildung die Zeit findet, fährt er gerne Rad und lässt ab und zu auch mal seine künstleriche Ader heraus.
Fabio begeistert sich für die Natur, Sport und Tanzen. In seiner Freizeit lädt er seine Mitbewohner gerne zu einer Wanderung, einem Fußballspiel oder zum Tanzen auf einem Konzert ein.
Carmen arbeitet im Umweltbereich und ist in ihrer freien Zeit gerne musikalisch oder im Garten, am See, oder auf der Yogamatte unterwegs.
Was wir alle lieben ist draußen sein und die Natur genießen.
Wir möchten das Haus gerne weiterhin mit Liebe & Leben füllen und eine herzliche Gemeinschaft aufbauen. Dabei stellen wir uns eine gute Mischung aus gemeinsamer quality time und natürlich auch eigenem Leben vor.
Trotz Partykeller sind wir keine ausgiebige Party-WG; die Zeiten liegen hinter uns ;)
Intensiver fröhnen wir gemütlichen Dachterassen/Sauna...Abenden :)

We took over the shared-house a year ago and have been building a cozy home ever since.
Currently living in Muffensause:
Manu is an aspiring gardener and former educator. He is currently pursuing his second apprenticeship as a organic vegetable gardener and also enjoys taking care of a colorful botanical garden at home, filled with large chili plants and small trees. When Manu finds time outside of his apprenticeship, he enjoys cycling and occasionally lets his artistic side shine.
Fabio is passionate about nature, sports, and dancing. In his free time, he likes to invite some roommate for a hike, a soccer game, or a dance at a live concert.
Carmen works in the environmental sector and enjoys spending her free time with music or in the garden, by the lake, or on the yoga mat.
What we all love is spending time outdoor and enjoying nature.
We would like to continue filling the house with love and life, and build a warm community. We hope for a good balance between shared quality time and private life. Despite having a party cellar, we are not a party-hardy group; those days are behind us ;) Instead, we prefer cozy evenings on the rooftop terrace or in the sauna.
