Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin für meine Wohnung in Bad Godesberg. Ich ziehe mit meinem Freund in der Nähe von Mannheim zusammen und muss aber beruflich bedingt 2-3 Tage die Woche weiterhin in Bonn sein. Daher würde ich gerne ein Zimmer untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, also Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine etc. Miete inklusive Internet und Strom.
Das Zimmer ist derzeit möbliert mit: Kommode, Schreibtisch, Schlafsofa und somit auch von jemanden ohne Möbel beziehbar,.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Bad Godeseberg und ist super angebunden. In 7 Minuten ist man mit dem Zug in der Innenstadt. Auch die U-Bahn ist nur 4 Minuten entfernt. Mit dieser ist man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Ein Großteil der Woche verbringe ich in Mannheim. Wenn ich ich da bin, freue ich mich aber auch über gelungenen Austausch oder gemeinsames Kochen
