wir sind Boldi, Raphael und Jonas und suchen eine*n WG-Nachmieter*in für unseren Mitbewohner Henrik, der zum 1.4. auszieht. Das Zimmer ist in unserer Wohnung (4er-WG) im ersten Stock und hat einen Blick auf den wunderbaren Garten, den wir mitbenutzen können (siehe Fotos). Das Zimmer wird möbiliert (Bett mit Matratze, Schrank, Schreibtisch & Stuhl und Regal) und all-inclusive vermietet, Internet, Strom, Heizung etc. sind also alles dabei (deswegen der etwas höhere Grundpreis). Wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Ofen und sogar einer Spülmaschine! Neben dem Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine gibt es noch ein Gäste-WC. Die Fahrräder können wir in der Garage neben dem Haus abstellen.
Im Mietpreis von 595 € sind alle Nebenkosten außer Rundfunkgebühren bereits enthalten: Heizung, Wasser, Strom und Internet. Jeder der vier Mieter*innen der WG schließt seinen eigenen Mietvertrag mit den Hausbesitzern ab.

We are Boldi, Raphael and Jonas and are looking for a new tenant for our roommate Henrik, who is moving out on April 1st. The room is in our apartment (shared flat with 4 people) on the second floor and has a view of the wonderful garden, which we can also use (see photos). The room is rented furnished (bed with mattress, wardrobe, desk & chair and shelf) and all-inclusive, so internet, electricity, heating etc. are all included (hence the slightly higher price). We have a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, oven and even a dishwasher! In addition to the bathroom with shower and washing machine, there is also a guest toilet. We can park our bicycles in the garage next to the house.
The rental price of €595 includes all utilities except broadcasting fees: Heating, water, electricity and internet. Each of the four tenants in the shared flat signs their own tenancy agreement with the landlords.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße im Zentrum von Bonn-Beuel. Fußläufig ist man in wenigen Minuten am Konrad-Adenauer-Platz, an dem man sowohl alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet, als auch in die Bahn oder den Bus Richtung Bonn-Zentrum und Siegburg steigen kann. Am Besten ist der kurze Weg zum Rhein und der schönen Beueler Rheinpromenade (die Sonnenseite), dahin braucht man weniger als 10 Minuten. Auch für uns Studis ist die Lage gut, das Hauptgebäude der Universität & das Juridicum erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad & der Bahn innerhalb von 10 Minuten, zum Campus Poppelsdorf sind es 15 Minuten.

The house is located in a quiet street in the center of Bonn-Beuel. Konrad-Adenauer-Platz is just a few minutes' walk away, where you can find all shopping facilities as well as take the train or bus to Bonn city center and Siegburg. The best thing is the short walk to the Rhine and the beautiful Beuel Rhine promenade (the sunny side), which takes less than 10 minutes. The location is also good for us students, the main building of the university and the Juridicum can be reached by bike or by train within 10 minutes, Poppelsdorf campus is 15 minutes away.
Wir sind Boldi, Raphael und Jonas und sind letzten Herbst in die WG eingezogen. Boldi und Raphael (20 und 19 Jahre alt) studieren Mathe im Bachelor und sind jetzt im zweiten Semester. Boldi spielt gerne im Hofgarten Ultimate Frisbee, wenn er nicht gerade im Studierendenparlament sitzt. Raphael spielt gerne Schach und ist im Schachclub Bonn-Beuel aktiv. Außerdem ist er semi-professioneller Jongleur. Jonas (22) macht den Master in VWL und spielt neben dem Studium Feldhockey beim BTHV.
Wir rauchen nicht und würden uns über eine*n Nichtraucher*in freuen. Wenn wir uns zu Hause sehen, quatschen wir gerne oder kochen zusammen. Wir freuen uns darauf, im Sommer den Garten zu benutzen, zum Beispiel um gemütlich ein Buch zu lesen oder zu jonglieren.
Während des Semesters sind wir viel beschäftigt, sodass die WG dann relativ ruhig ist, aber wir treffen uns häufiger in der Küche. Am Wochenende sind wir mehr zu Hause und kochen oder spielen zusammen.

We are Boldi, Raphael and Jonas and we moved into the shared flat last fall. Boldi and Raphael (20 and 19 years old) are studying for a Bachelor's degree in math and are now in their second semester. Boldi likes to play ultimate frisbee in the Hofgarten and is also a member of the student parliament. Raphael likes to play chess and is active in the Bonn-Beuel chess club. He is also a semi-professional juggler. Jonas (22) is doing a Master's degree in economics and plays field field hockey for the BTHV alongside his studies.
We don't smoke and would be happy to meet a non-smoker. When we see each other at home, we like to chat or cook together. We look forward to using the garden in summer, for example to read a book or for juggling.
We are very busy during the semester, so the shared flat is relatively quiet then, but we meet up regularly in the kitchen. On weekends we spend more time at home, cooking or playing something together.
Wir wünschen uns, dass die Nachmieter*in gut zu uns passt und freuen uns daher darauf, Dich persönlich kennenzulernen, entweder in der WG oder per Video.
Die Miete beträgt 595€, darin sind alle Kosten enthalten (Strom, Internet, Wasser, Wärme). Nur den Rundfunkbetrag zahlen wir (ca. 5€/Monat pro Person).
Wir haben ein Vorschlagsrecht, aber die letzte Entscheidung treffen die Vermieter. Die stimmen aber auch eigentlich immer zu.
