Zentrales WG_zimmer im Altbau mit netten Mitbewohnern Bonn beul .
Mein helles WG-Zimmer in einer Altbauwohnung in Bonn-Beuel (Konrad Adenauer Platz) wird erst Nächste Monat frei. Es hat ca.(20) qm .
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen .
Direkt vor die Tür befindet sich die Linie 62, in drei Minuten befindet sich die Linie 66, außerdem die Busse.
Die Position ist einfach sehr zentral und verkehrt.
Mit dem Bus und Bahn dauert es ca. 10 Minuten zum Bonn HauptBahnhof.
Ein REWE , ein Edeka und ein Aldi befinden sich sogar weniger als 5 Minuten entfernt. Außerdem befinden sich in der Nähe viele nette Kneipen und Restaurants, Apotheken, und viele Geschäfte.
Auch unten im Kellerraum eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock in der Hauptstraße.
In wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung erreicht man den Rheinstrand.
Die Möbel sollten mit ins Zimmer genommen werden mit .
