Hi, I am going to Italy for an Erasmus semester this winter, so I am subleasing my room from 1st of September until the end of Febuary.
The room is part of a shared house, where you would live together with 16 other people and share a garden and a living room (but no worries, there is also three kitchens and four bathrooms). The room itself is 13 square meters big, but thanks to the big living room, a party cellar and the garden, you'll have lots of space to spend your days.
The house is located in Beuel, just next to the Kennedy-Bridge, so there a a few supermarkets (Aldi, Rewe, Alnatura, DM etc), a cinema and different shops in 2-10min walking distance. Since the Rhine is not far away, Beuel is a great place for people who like to go outside and spend time in the nature while also staying close to Bonns city center (which is a 15-minutes-walk or 5-minute train ride away from the house). Several busses and trains depart from the Konrad-Adenauer-Platz, which is also only 5min away.
We are 16 people all studying different subjects ins Bonn, and we want to have a good time together. This surely is a place where you can get your calm space when you need it, but we are looking for someone who is happy to do things together with the others and spend time with the rest of us. There is always something to do: in the two years that I've lived here now, we went camping and bouldering together, organised some bigger parties (before the pandemic, but maybe this will be possible again this winter), went to the cinema or theater together and did some creative projects.
Costs: 200€/month (including heating, water, electricity & Internet) plus 200€ deposit.
