Da ich aus Arbeitsgründen umziehen muss, wird ab sofort ein Zimmer in unserer 3 WG frei.
Das Zimmer ist ca 20m² groß, hat einen wunderschönen Dielenboden und ist immer angenehm hell.
Möblierter Raum: Mein Schreibtisch, Schrank, Bett und Fernsehtisch können für nur 150EUR erworben werden.
Die Wohnung hat etwa 90qm, die sich aufteilen auf unsere drei Zimmer, den Flur, eine größere Küche mit EBK, Spülmaschine, Esstisch & Sofa-bett, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein separates WC.
Meine Waschmaschine ist im Keller angeschlossen und kann für nur 150EUR erworben werden.
Die Wohnung wurde Ende 2018 neu saniert. Das Bad und das WC sind gefliest, in den übrigen Räumen befinden sich Holzböden (wie auch auf dem Foto). Außerdem kann ein kleiner Garten hinter dem Haus mitbenutzt werden.

The apartment has about 90 square meters, which is divided into our three rooms, the hall, a larger kitchen (with EBK, dishwasher, dining table and sofa bed) a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
My washing machine is connected in the basement and can be purchased for only 150EUR.
The apartment was renovated at the end of 2018. The bathroom and toilet are tiled, in the other rooms there are wooden floors (as in the photo). A small garden behind the house can also be used.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Haltestelle "Husarenstraße". Mit der Bahn, die über den Tag alle 10 min fährt und für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr verlässlich ist, kann man in 13 min am HBF oder in 10 min in der Innenstadt sein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Rewe) sind mit der Bahn in 4-5 min, zu Fuß 10-15 min erreichbar. Auch der Rhein ist nicht weit entfernt, diesen kann man in ca 10 Gehminuten erreichen. Direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich auch die Parkanlage der LVR-Bonn, die gerade in Sommer zu gemütlichen Abenden in der Sonne einlädt.
Egal wo man hin muss, man kann super schnell dort sein.
Die Parkplatzsituation vor Ort ist für bonner Verhältnisse auch sehr gut.
The apartment is just in front of the "Husarenstraße" stop. By tram, which runs every 10 minutes throughout the day and is very reliable for public transport, you can be at the main station in 10 minutes or in the city center in 8 minutes. There are also more bus options nerby. The bus to the airport is just 3 minutes away by foot, so you can be at the airport in directly in 20 minutes.
Shops (Aldi, Rewe) can be reached by tram in 3 minutes and by foot in 10 minutes. The Rhine is also very close, which can be reached in about 8 minutes by foot.
Right next to the apartment is also the park of the LVR-Bonn, which invites you to spend cozy evenings in the sun, especially in summer or play Badminton!
The parking situation on site is also very good (my flatmate and I have cars and we never had a problem to park easily nearby).
Ihre zukünftigen Mitbewohner sprechen Englisch und Deutsch. Sie sind sehr ruhig und sauber, und sie sind immer offen, um Ihnen zu helfen. Sie können sie im Speisesaal finden, die köstliche ausländische Speisen kochen (sie sind sehr freundlich und werden Ihnen immer etwas anbieten). Mit ihnen kann man sich immer über verschiedene Themen unterhalten, zum Beispiel über andere Länder, und einen netten Plausch genießen oder etwas spielen.
Your future roommates speak English and German. They are very calm and clean and they are always open to help you. You can find them in the dining room cooking delicious foreign food (they are very friendly and will always offer you something). You can always talk to them about different topics, for example about other countries, and enjoy a nice chat or play something.
Besichtigungen können entweder mit Maske oder natürlich auch online durchgeführt werden!
Das Zimmer wird Ende Oktober frei sein. Aber auch ein früherer Umzug ist möglich. Sagen Sie mir einfach, wann Ihre Nachricht am besten zu Ihnen passt.
Visits can either be done with a mask or of course online!
The room will be available preferable October 15th. But it is also possible to move earlier. Just let me know in your application which date would you prefer.
