Großes Zimmer in zentraler WG :))

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral - Aldi und Netto sind zu Fuß jeweils innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen sowie ein Rewe innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Die Altstadt liegt auch gleich um die Ecke, Bars und Kneipen und die Kirschblüte liegen sind also nicht weit entfernt :P Auch am Rhein ist man schnell, innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten ist man am Rheinufer. Zur Haltestelle Rosenthal läuft man nur 3-4 Minuten, von da aus fährt im 10-Minuten-Takt die 61 Richtung Hauptbahnhof. In der Innenstadt selbst bist du zu Fuß in 15 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad noch deutlich schneller.

The apartment is very centrally located - Aldi and Netto are both within a 5-minute walk and a Rewe within 10 minutes. The old town is also just around the corner, so bars and pubs and the cherry blossom are not far away :P The Rhine can also be reached quickly, within 5-10 minutes you are on the banks of the Rhine. The Rosenthal stop is only a 3-4 minute walk away, and from there the 61 bus leaves every 10 minutes for the main train station. You can reach the city center itself in 15 minutes on foot and even faster by bike.

Wir, das sind Ali, Randon, Anoushka, Justus und Jule! Wir sind alle zwischen 21 und 26 Jahren alt und studieren die verschiedensten Sachen, von Biomedizintechnik und Pflanzenwissenschaften über Kriminologie, Jura und BWL. Wir sind teils Deutsch, teils international, weshalb bei uns im Alltag Deutsch sowie aber auch viel Englisch gesprochen wird. Das sollte also kein Problem für dich sein!
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern eine lustige Truppe und unternehmen gerne etwas miteinander - vom gemeinsamen Frühstück oder WG-Dinner zu Ausflügen und Partys. Das Gute an einer so großen WG ist, dass immer jemand da ist und sich für sämtliche Unternehmungen findet, bei uns wirst du also auf keinen Fall das Gefühl haben müssen, alleine zu sein. :-) Trotzdem hat jeder den Freiraum den er braucht und alle nehmen Rücksicht aufeinander!

We're Ali, Randon, Anoushka, Justus and Jule! We are all between 21 and 26 years old and study a wide variety of subjects, from biomedical engineering and plant sciences to criminology, law and business studies.We are partly German and partly international, which is why we speak German and a lot of English in everyday life. So that shouldn't be a problem for you!
We are not a functional flat share, but a fun group and enjoy doing things together - from having breakfast or dinner together to trips and parties. The good thing about such a large shared flat is that there's always someone around to join in all the activities, so you'll never feel like you're on your own. :-) Nevertheless, everyone has the space they need and everyone is considerate of each other!

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines frisch renovierten Hauses mit Tiefgarage (Parkplatz anmieten möglich), Waschkeller und Aufzug. Insgesamt gibt es 3 Wohngemeinschaften und eine Familie, die im Haus wohnen. Alle 2 Wochen kommt zusätzlich eine Reinigungskraft. Für Strom und Rundfunkgebühren kommen monatlich 21€ an sonstigen Kosten zur Miete dazu. WLAN ist in der Miete inbegriffen.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a newly renovated house with underground parking (parking space can be rented), laundry room and elevator. There are a total of 3 shared flats and one family living in the house. An additional cleaner comes every 2 weeks.For electricity and broadcasting fees, €21 per month are added to the rent. WLAN is included in the rent.
