Hallo zusammen!
Ich mache ab Januar ein Auslandssemester und möchte daher mein WG-Zimmer untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist möbiliert (vgl. Fotos) und etwa 15m^2 groß. Es hat direkten Zugang zu unserem etwa 6 m^2 großem Balkon, den wir im Sommer gerne gemeinschaftlich als WG nutzen.
Ein Bad mit Fenster und Waschmaschine sowie eine ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es noch zwei andere Zimmer, die von meinem Mitbewohner/in bewohnt werden.
Im Preis von 330€ ist alles enthalten.
Die WG befindet sich in einer Mehrfamilienhaussiedlung in Castell/Graurheindorf mit vielen jungen Familien in der Nachbarschaft. Die Haltestellen Innenministerium und Bataverweg sind jeweils in unter 5 Minuten erreicht. Auch ein Supermarkt und der Rhein sind in Fußnähe. Mit dem Rad ist die Bonner Innenstadt in etwa 12 Minuten erreicht.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Chris und Kathi. Chris studiert Law and Economics, Kathie Pharmazie. Beide sind im Bachelor. Das Zusammenleben mit den beiden ist sehr freundschaftlich und unkompliziert.
