Ich ziehe aus, ebenso wie meine beiden anderen Mitbewohner in unserer WG . Alle drei Zimmer in unserer Wohnung sind verfügbar. Alle 3 sind gleich groß und der Preis ist derselbe. Wenn Sie einen der Räume bevorzugen, gilt: Wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst :). Der Grund für unsere Abreise zu dritt sind Konflikte zwischen den beiden anderen Mitbewohnern und ich wollte nicht bleiben.
Die Zimmer sind ca 20m² groß, hat einen wunderschönen Dielenboden.
Die Wohnung hat etwa 80qm, die sich aufteilen auf unsere drei Zimmer, den Flur, eine größere Küche mit EBK, Spülmaschine, Esstisch & Sofa-bett, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein separates WC.
Die Wohnung wurde Ende 2018 neu saniert. Das Bad und das WC sind gefliest, in den übrigen Räumen befinden sich Holzböden (wie auch auf dem Foto). Außerdem kann ein kleiner Garten hinter dem Haus mitbenutzt werden.
Ich werde meine Schreibtisch, Schrank, Kommode, Bett und Fernsehtisch zurücklassen und möchte, dass die Person, die einzieht, sie zurückkauft für 300 EUR
Da ist die Stelle mit dem Wassereinlass im Keller.
Dort gibt es auch einen Platz, an dem Sie Ihr Fahrrad abstellen können.
I am moving out, as are my two other flatmates in our flat share. All three rooms in our flat are available. They are all 3 of equal size and the price is the same. If you have a preference for one of the rooms, first come, first served :). The reason we left at the three is because of conflicts between the other two roommates and I didn't want to stay in that environment.
The rooms are about 20m ², has a beautiful wooden floor.
The apartment has about 80 square meters, which is divided into our three rooms, the hall, a larger kitchen (with EBK, dishwasher, dining table and sofa bed) a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
The apartment was renovated at the end of 2018. The bathroom and toilet are tiled, in the other rooms there are wooden floors (as in the photo). A small garden behind the house can also be used.
I will be leaving my desk, closet, commode, bed and TV table and would like the person moving in to buy them back for 300 EUR. There is the place with the water inlet in the basement.
There is also a place inside where you can leave your bike.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Haltestelle "Husarenstraße". Mit der Bahn, die über den Tag alle 10 min fährt und für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr verlässlich ist, kann man in 13 min am HBF oder in 10 min in der Innenstadt sein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Rewe) sind mit der Bahn in 4-5 min, zu Fuß 10-15 min erreichbar. Auch der Rhein ist nicht weit entfernt, diesen kann man in ca 10 Gehminuten erreichen. Direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich auch die Parkanlage der LVR-Bonn, die gerade in Sommer zu gemütlichen Abenden in der Sonne einlädt.
Egal wo man hin muss, man kann super schnell dort sein.
Die Parkplatzsituation vor Ort ist für bonner Verhältnisse auch sehr gut.
The apartment is just in front of the "Husarenstraße" stop. By tram, which runs every 10 minutes throughout the day and is very reliable for public transport, you can be at the main station in 10 minutes or in the city center in 8 minutes. There are also more bus options nerby. The bus to the airport is just 3 minutes away by foot, so you can be at the airport in directly in 20 minutes.
Shops (Aldi, Rewe) can be reached by tram in 3 minutes and by foot in 10 minutes. The Rhine is also very close, which can be reached in about 8 minutes by foot.
Right next to the apartment is also the park of the LVR-Bonn, which invites you to spend cozy evenings in the sun, especially in summer or play Badminton!
The parking situation on site is also very good (my flatmate and I have cars and we never had a problem to park easily nearby).
