Das Zimmer mit Balkon hat eine große Fensterfront in die, gerade am Nachmittag die Sonne hineinflutet. Die große Glastüre zum Balkon lässt weiteres Licht in das Zimmer und ist ideal zum Durchlüften. Auf dem Balkon findet sich ein Tisch mit zwei Stühlen.
Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert vermietet. Ein Bett, der Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, eine Kleiderstange und ein geräumiges Schlafsofa zur Entspannung oder etwaige Besucher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Der Boden ist mit Echtholzparkett belegt. Die WG verfügt auch eine Küche und Bad.
Das Zimmer wäre ungefähr vom 01.12.2021 - 31.03.2022 verfügbar. Das Zimmer kann leider nicht im Rathaus angemeldet werden, da es sich um eine Untervermietung handeln würde.

The room has a balcony and a large window with lots of light, especially in the afternoon. The large glass door to the balcony lets more light into the room and is ideal for ventilation. On the balcony there is a table with two chairs.
The room is rented partially furnished. A bed, a desk with chair, a clothes rail and a spacious sofa bed for relaxing or for visitors are included in the price. The floor is covered with real wood parquet. The flat also has a kitchen and bathroom.
The room would be available from roughly 01.12.2021 - 31.03.2022. The room unfortunately cannot be registered at city hall as this would be a sub-sublet.
Am Wichelshof geht es ruhig zu. Viele Familien leben mit im Haus und die Fahrräder können direkt vor der Haustüre abgestellt werden. Auch einen Autoparkplatz findet man eigentlich immer. Die Bushaltestelle Nordstraße ist in einer Minute zu fuß erreichbar. Auch der Rhein liegt lediglich drei Minuten entfernt.
Aldi und Rewe, sowie einige Restaurants und Bankfilialen sind auch nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, auf der Kölnstraße zu finden. In direkter Nähe sind einige Sportangebote zu finden. Neben dem Unisport findet sich auf der Römerstraße zudem das Römerbad.

The Wichelshof is a quiet place. Many families live in the house and bicycles can be parked right outside the front door. You can also always find a parking space. The Nordstraße bus stop is just a minute's walk away. The Rhine is also only three minutes away, ideal for walks or getting around by bike.
Aldi and Rewe, as well as some restaurants and banks, are also nearby, on Kölnstraße. A number of sports facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity. In addition to the Unisport, the Römerbad is also located on Römerstraße.
In der WG wohnen Manuel und Ivan, beide in den Zwanzigern und immer für ein Gespräch, eine Serie oder ein gemeinsames Essen zu haben. Manu ist Schreinergeselle und sehr interessiert an Philosophie und Kunst. Ivan arbeitet seit langer Zeit in der Gastro. Beide verbringen die Abende gerne zusammen und unterhalten sich über Gott und die Welt, gucken Serien und Filme. Dabei ist jeder willkommen.
