Da ich mit zwei Freundinnen zusammenziehe muss ich dieses wunderschöne Zimmer verlassen. Das Zimmer geht zu einer ruhigen, begrünten Straße raus und ist durch die große Fensterfront sehr hell. Es ist das größte der Wg mit über 20qm Wohnfläche, also an Platz mangelt es auf keinen Fall!
Das Zimmer ist bereits mit einem Schreibtisch inkl. Schreibstischstuhl, einem großen Kleiderschrank, einem Bett (140mx200m) mit Bettkästen, Regal und einem Sessel ausgestattet.
In der Wohnung gibt es zwei Toiletten und zwei Duschen und auch eine gemeinsame, große Wohnküche, die mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet ist.
Because I am moving in together with two friends, I have to leave this beautiful room. Due to the big windows, the room is very bright and you are looking at a quiet and green alley. It is the biggest out of all rooms in the flat, so space is not a problem.
The room is already furnished and comes with a desk including a chair, a huge closet, a bed (140mx200m) with two drawers, a bookshelf and an armchair.
There are two toilets and two showers in the flat and you would share a huge kitchen, which also functions as a common room with its two sofas.
Die Lage ist wirklich top, denn man ist super nah an allem was man braucht und nur 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt und einen Steinwurf von der Altstadt mit ihren Cafés, Kneipen und Kirschblüten entfernt. Zum Rhein runter sind es auch nur ein paar wenige Minuten.
Um die Ecke befindet sich ein Aldi und ein Netto. Außerdem sind zwei REWEs auch super nah.
Schnell befindet man sich auch an der Haltestelle "Rosental", von der aus neben einigen Bussen auch die Straßenbahn 61 fährt.
In die andere Richtung befindet sich die Haltestelle "An der Esche". Man ist also super angebunden und kommt eigentlich überall hin, sei es die Innenstadt, Beuel, der Campus Poppelsdorf oder auch die Uniklinik auf dem Venusberg.
Within 10 minutes you are in the city centre and the Altstadt is around the corner. There are many cute cafés and pubs, and in spring one can admire the beautiful cherry blossoms. The Rhine is also super close and can be reached within 5 minutes.
Nearby you have an Aldi, a Netto and two REWE supermarkets.
You are very well connected to public transport: the station "Rosental" as well as the station "An der Esche" are within the range of a 5-10 minute foot walk.
So you can reach the city centre, Beuel, Campus Poppelsdorf and the Uniklinik Bonn very quickly.
Das WG-Leben ist eher ungezwungen und man kann es sich so gestalten wie man möchte. Wer Gesellschaft sucht, findet diese bei gemeinsamen Kochabenden oder auch beim gelegentlich Gespräch in der Küche. Wer lieber sein eigenes Ding machen möchte, ist hier aber auch richtig.
Im Haus befinden sich außerdem noch zwei weitere liebe WGs, also findet man Anschluss, wenn man möchte.
The atmosphere here is rather casual. Occasionally there are cooking events with games and you will always find someone for a talk over a cup of tea. If you would prefer to do things your own way, that's fine too.
There are two other lovely flatshares in the house, so there is always some around.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines frisch sanierten Hauses mit Aufzug. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Außerdem gehört zum Haus eine Tiefgarage, wo man sein Fahrrad abstellen kann. Auf Wunsch, kann man dort auch einen Stellplatz anmieten. WLAN ist im Preis mit enthalten.
The flat is on the first floor of a newly renovated house including a lift. In the basement, there are a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Moreover, there is an underground car park which belongs to the house where you can leave your bike. If you want to, you can also rent an underground parking space. Wifi is part of the renting costs.
