Hi!
Da ich für ein Semester ins Ausland gehe möchte ich gerne von Mitte August bis Ende Dezember mein Zimmer im schönen Bonn-Castell untervermieten. Das Ein-/Auszugsdatum ist noch relativ flexibel, darüber können wir also gerne noch einmal quatschen.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß, hat eine sehr hohe Decke mit Stuck und zwei große nach Osten ausgerichtete Fenster (du wirst also schön von der Sonne geweckt & ansonsten gibts auch dunkle Rollos, wenn du mal länger schlafen willst).
Das Zimmer hat alles was man so braucht: Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderstange & Kommode und eine kleine Leseecke mit Sessel.
Aktuell ist die Gesamtmiete bei 348€ (260€ Miete + 88€ Nebenkosten). Als Kaution hätte ich gerne 360€, die habe ich nämlich selber auch gezahlt.
Since I'm going abroad for a semester, I'd like to sublet my room in beautiful Bonn-Castell from mid-August to the end of December. The move-in/move-out date is still relatively flexible, so we could chat about that again.
The room is about 15 sqm, has a very high ceiling with stucco and two big windows facing east (so you get woken up by the sun and there are also nice dark blinds if you want to sleep longer).
The room has everything you need: bed, desk, clothes rail & a drawer and a small reading corner with an armchair.
The current total rent is 348€ (260€ rent + 88€ utilities). I would like a deposit of 360€, which I paid as well.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Bonn-Castell in der Graurheindorfer Straße. Man braucht ungefähr 3 Minuten zur Straßenbahnstation Bonn-Rosental. Dort beginnt auch die Altstadt mit den berühmten Kirschblütenstraßen Heerstraße & Breite Straße, wo du viele schöne Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars finden wirst. Am Rheinufer ist man auch in 10 Minuten.
Die Wohnung ist gut angebunden. Mit der Straßenbahn (Linie 61) von der Haltestelle Rosental aus ist man schnell am Hauptbahnhof (8 Minuten). In der Innenstadt ist man schnell zu Fuß (12 Minuten) oder mit dem Fahrrad (7 Minuten).
Außerdem gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rund um die Wohnung. Zwei REWE, einer in der Kölnstraße (6 Minuten) und einer in der Heerstraße (7 Minuten) und um die Ecke befinden sich ein Aldi, ein Netto und ein Asia Markt. Eine Poststelle und Apotheke sind auch in der Nähe.
The flat is located in beautiful Bonn-Castell on Graurheindorfer Straße. It takes about 3 minutes to get to the tram station Bonn-Rosental. There starts the old town with the famous cherry blossom streets Heerstraße & Breite Straße, where you will find many nice shops, cafés, restaurants and bars. You can also reach the Rhine River in 10 minutes.
The flat is well connected. By tram (line 61) from the Rosental stop, you can quickly reach the main station (8 minutes). The city centre can be reached quickly on foot (12 minutes) or by bicycle (7 minutes).
There are also many shopping facilities around the flat. Two REWE, one in Kölnstraße (6 minutes) and one in Heerstraße (7 minutes) and around the corner are an Aldi, a Netto and an Asia Markt. The post office and a pharmacy are also close by.
Wir sind Isabell (25, Master Biologie), Theresa (25, Master Germanistik und Geschichte auf Lehramt) und Franzi (24, Master Naturschutz, mein Zimmer würdest du übernehmen).
In der WG pflegen wir ein sehr entspanntes und offenes Miteinander. Wir sitzen öfters zusammen in der Küche zum quatschen mit einem Gläschen Wein oder Bier, bestellen ab und zu auch mal etwas zu Essen oder gehen zusammen weg (je nachdem wie viel wir aktuell um die Ohren haben). Natürlich hat auch jeder seinen Freiraum, wenn er ihn braucht.
Die WG-Castings möchten wir gerne am 6. und 8. Juli 2022 machen, deswegen wäre es super, wenn du da Zeit hast. Du kannst gerne vorbeikommen oder wir treffen uns online.

We are Isabell (25, Master's degree in Biology), Theresa (25, Master's degree in German Studies and History) and Franzi (24, Master's degree in Nature Conservation, you would take my room).
We have a very relaxed and open atmosphere in our shared flat. We often sit together in the kitchen to chat with a glass of wine or a beer, occasionally order something to eat or go out together. Depending on how busy we are at the moment. Of course, everyone has their own space when they need it.
We would like to do the WG castings on 6 and 8 July, so it would be great if you have time then. You are welcome to come by or we can meet online.

Im Keller haben wir noch ein kleines Abteil in dem wir Sachen verstauen können. Hier befindet sich auch die Waschmaschine.
Im Hausflur ist zudem Platz um dein Fahrrad abzustellen.
In the basement we have a small room where we can store things. The washing machine is also located here.
There is also room to park a bicycle in the hallway.
