One partially furnished room in a shared apartment available since April 1st. The room includes a wardrobe, bed (no mattress included) and a desk (no chair included). The room has 2 windows facing Endenicher str. However, the room is quiet and calm.
The apartment is located in Endenicher str. with great public transport connections. You can be in the city center in 10 minutes with multiple bus lines. Supermarkets (Netto, Rewe, Dens), pharmacy, and multiple restaurants are very close by.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, one kitchen, one bathroom and a balcony. The monthly rent for the apartment is 820 Kaltmiete + 80 Nebenkosten (which includes Müll , Gebäudeversicherung , Wasser). For electricity, gas, internet and TV we were paying approx. 120€ a month (both tenants). Nonetheless, this might fluctuate a bit.
About me: I am a 26-years-old PhD student in Neuroscience working at UKB originally from Spain. During weekdays, I spend quite some time working in the laboratory but whenever I have free time I enjoy bouldering, running, yoga, and watching movies. I am quite laid-back, tidy and clean. I sometimes like to do things together with my flatmate like cooking, watching a movie, or chilling in the balcony.
