BITTE KEINE WEITEREN ANFRAGEN.
Hi, wir suchen eine Mitbewohner*in für unsere WG in Endenich. Unser Mitbewohner macht ein Auslandssemester, weswegen das Zimmer zwischen dem 01.01.22 und dem 31.03.22 frei wird.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 m^2 groß und lichtdurchflutet. Es liegt im Erdgeschoss und wird komplett möbliert vermietet. Dazu gehört ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Rollcontainer und ein Nachttisch. Die Miete beträgt 325 Euro pro Monat, inklusive Strom, Nebenkosten, GEZ und Internet.
Wir teilen uns Küche und Badezimmer (ein Badezimmer mit Toilette und eine zweite Toilette).
Unser Reihenhaus liegt in Endenich, in der Nähe vom Poppelsdorfer Platz. Mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Bus (604 oder 605) bist du innerhalb weniger Minuten am Hauptbahnhof bzw. in der Innenstadt. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Netto, Aldi, Denn’s) sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Zum Campus in Poppelsdorf sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Wir haben einen Garten, in dem wir bei gutem Wetter gerne zusammen grillen oder sonst auch mit einem Bier oder einem anderen Kaltgetränk entspannen.
Auf der Straße kann man umsonst parken.
Wir suchen eine*n aufgeschlossene*n und netten Mitbewohner*in.
Du wohnst mit Nina, Nacho und Lucio zusammen.
Wir sind eine gemeinschaftliche, multikulturelle WG und verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander. Unser großer, offener Wohn-Essbereich sowie unser Garten laden sowohl bei schlechtem als auch guten Wetter zu gemeinsamen Aktivitäten, wie gemeinsam kochen, einen Film zu schauen oder den Tag gemeinsam mit einem Bierchen ausklingen zu lassen.
Der individuelle Rückzugsort in den jeweiligen Zimmern wird selbstredend gegenseitig respektiert.
Alles in allem ist das WG-Leben sehr harmonisch und unverpflichtend. ;)
Wir haben einen festen Putzplan, bei dem jede*r einmal pro Woche eine kleine Aufgabe hat.

ROOM
Hi, we are looking for a new flatmate for our house in Endenich. Our current flatmate will do a semester abroad, therefore, this bedroom will be free from 1st January 2022 until 31st March 2022.
It is a bright room with a size of 14 m2 which is located in the ground floor, and is completely furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, mobile pedestal and a bedside table). The rent is 325 Euros per month including electricity, GEZ, internet and any other additional costs.
We share the kitchen and bathroom (One bathroom with toilet and a second toilet).
LOCATION
Our house is located in Endenich, close to the Poppelsdorfer Square. There is a bus stop one minute away from the house where you can take the bus (604 or 605) to arrive at the city center in a few minutes. Going by bike is also perfectly possible. There are plenty of supermarkets in the neighborhood (Edeka, Netto, Aldi, Denn’s, etc) which can be reached within 10 minutes walking.
You need approximately 5 minutes by bike to Poppelsdorf campus.
We have a garden where we like to grill whenever the weather allows it or just chill there with some beers or soft drinks.
You can park a car for free on the street. There is enough place.
HOUSE LIFE
We are looking for a friendly open-minded flatmate.
You will live with Nina, Nacho and Lucio.
Our multicultural house members love to gather together in the dining room and also in the garden. We spend time together by doing different activities like cooking, watching movies, or enjoying some beers.
Of course, everyone respects it when you want to relax in your room.
Overall, the life in the house is very harmonious and easy-going without compulsory activities. :)
We have a cleaning plan which gives a small weekly cleaning task to everyone.
