Unsere neu-gegründete Haus-Wg sucht ab dem ersten September eine/n Mieter/in für ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Wir haben es erstmal nur zur Zwischenmiete bis Ende März 2020 ausgeschrieben, es besteht jedoch Aussicht auf länger! Es ist ein ausreichend großes, praktisch geschnittenes Zimmerchen mit Blick in den Garten (Wir haben leider noch kein besseres Bild - die Schrankwand etc. werden noch heraus geräumt, bis du einziehst:)) Bisher hat es keine Einrichtung.
The house was just renovated and we are all now- slowly one by one- moving in within the next weeks. For a beautiful room downstairs we are currently looking for a person for rent. The room is directly Looking out on the garden. Currently it is not furnitured.
Ippendorf liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, dennoch ist man in 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad im Stadtzentrum. Zusätzlich gibt es eine gute Busanbindung und einen Edeka in direkter Nähe. Das Haus hat einen eigenen Garten, der momentan noch aus verwilderten Blumen besteht, bald aber einen Gemüsegarten, ein kleines Hühnerhaus und einige schöne Sitzgelegenheiten umfassen soll. Zum Haus gehört noch eine Werkstatt- für alle, die gerne basteln und schrauben. Der Wald Kottenforst ist nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und damit perfekt zum spazieren gehen und joggen.
Ippendorf seems to be a little bit outside of Bonn but by bike ist about 20 minutes into town centre. There is also a good bus connection and a supermarket nearby. The house has an own garden, currently more consisting of wild flowers, but we soon want to develope it torwards having a nice kitchen garden, a little chicken stable and different cozy places to sit outside and enjoy the sun. There also is a workshop for all people who enjoy wood work or other handicrafts. The forest Kottenforst is about 5 minutes away by foot and therefore perfect for going for walks or runs.
Vier von uns sind bereits eingezogen oder kommen bald nach: Charlotte arbeitet als Doktorandin in Bonn und Henrike beendet gerade ihre Masterarbeit und wohnt mit ihrem Hund Mala bei uns, die sich aber gern in Henrikes Zimmer zurückzieht und nicht durch alle offenen Zimmer stromert. Für die nächsten Monate wird auch noch Manuel bei uns wohnen, der ein weiteres Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete beziehen wird. Pal zieht ebenfalls im EG zur Zwischenmiete bis zum Frühjahr ein.
Das Haus hat insgesamt sechs Zimmer auf zwei Etagen und zusätzlich auf jeder Etage jeweils Küche und Bad (somit wird der morgendliche Badezimmerstau etwas entzerrt;)). Ansonsten sind die Etagen aber nicht komplett getrennt, sondern mit einem offenen Treppenhaus (wie auf dem Bild zu sehen) verbunden.
Wir freuen uns darauf je nach Laune gemeinsam in einer der Wohnküchen zu kochen, zusammen zu sitzen und - wer darauf Lust hat - dem Garten ein neues Gesicht zu geben.
Four of us are already living here or moving in very soon. Charlotte works as Phd- student in Bonn, Henrike is currently finishing her master thesis. Her dog, Mala, also lives with us but sometimes just likes to be by herself in Henrike's room. Manuel and Pal are also living with us for the next months. Every floor has its own kitchen and bathroom which is very convinient in daily life. But we like to meet up to cook, sit together or - whoever likes to participate- give the garden a new face!
