Es ist noch ein Zimmer frei in Rima's 3 Zi-Wohnung zur befristeten Untermiete. Eine Untermieterin steht bereits schon fest: Caro. Ich ziehe zum 15.2 ein und suche jetzt noch eine/n passende/n MitbewohnerIn.
Es gibt insgesamt 3 Zimmer. Jeweils zwei Schlafzimmer, etwa gleich groß ~ 14qm, das freie Zimmer ist sehr ruhig zum Garten hin gelegen.
Das Wohnzimmer ist der größte Raum und wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt, genauso wie der Garten und die große Terrasse.

There is still a room available in Rima's 3-room (2 bedroom) apartment for a temporary sublet. One flatmate has already been found: Caro. I'm moving in February 15 and am now looking for a great flatmate.
There are 3 rooms in the apartment in total. Two bedrooms, which are each about the same size ~ 14sqm, the available bedroom faces the garden and is thus very tranquil.
The living room is the largest room and is shared, as are the garden and the large terrace.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und auch die Hausgemeinschaft ist eher gediegen.
Direkt an der Ecke gibt es einen Bäcker und Bioladen und ein paar 100m weiter einen Edeka/Rewe. Ebenfalls nicht weit ist die Clemens-August-Str. "das Zentrum" von Poppelsdorf, sowie die Südstadt mit all ihren Vorzügen.

The apartment is located in a very quiet neighbourhood and the community of the apartmenthouse is relaxed.
There is a bakery and an organic food store right on the corner and an Edeka/Rewe (supermarket) a few 100m further on. The Clemens-August-Str. "the center" of Poppelsdorf, as well as the Südstadt with all its advantages is also not far away.

Rima als aktuelle Mieterin ziehe zum 1.3 aus und wird zur Untervermieterin. Ich, Caro ziehe hier zum 15.2. ein und bleibe definitiv bis zum 31.10. ggf mit Verlängerung.
Ich arbeite in der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit. In meiner Freizeit liebe ich es in der Natur zu sein, Sport zu machen, wandern zu gehen und koche und backe sehr gerne. Ich fahre gerne Gravelbike und freut mich darauf auf meinem Rad Bonn zu erkunden, da das noch neu für mich ist.

Rima, the current tenant, is moving out on March 1 and will sublet the apartment. I, Caro, will move in on February 15 and will definitely stay until October 31, with a possible extension.
I work in the field of development cooperation. In my free time I love being in nature, doing sports, hiking, cooking and baking. I enjoy gravel biking and am looking forward to exploring Bonn on my bike, as this is still a new place to me.
