Hallo zusammen,
da unser Mitbewohner zum 1. Januar 2018 auszieht, suchen wir eine/n nette/n Nachmieter/in.
Das frei werdende Zimmer ist 10 m² groß, rechteckig geschnitten und liegt zum Garten raus.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG und wurde vor wenigen Jahren größtenteils renoviert und modern ausgestattet (Küche, Elektrik, Böden etc.).

We are looking for a nice new flatmate for our shared flat! The free room has 10 m² and a window to the garden.
The flat is on the second floor and was renovated a few years ago.
Das Mehrfamilienhaus liegt am Fuße des Venusbergs.
Vor der Haustür liegt direkt eine Bushaltestelle (Graf-Stauffenberg-Straße) und in ca 5 min zu Fuß erreicht man die S-Bahn (Eduard-Otto-Straße). So ist man in ca. 10 min am Campus in Poppelsdorf, am Hbf oder auf dem Venusberg.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im nahegelegenen Zentrum vom Kessenich, das ca 5 min mit dem Rad entfernt liegt. Dort befinden sich Lidl, Rewe, dm, Sparkasse, Volksbank, Bäcker, Post uvm.
The apartment building is in Kessenich near the beginning of Venusberg.
There is a bus station in front of the door (Graf-Stauffenberg-Straße) and the tram station (Eduard-Otto-Straße) can be reached in 5 minutes. The university campus in Poppelsdorf, the train station and the university hospital can all be reached in 10 minutes.
By bike, you can reach different grocery stores, a drug store, a bakery, a bank and so on in 5 minutes.
Zu uns: Wir (Sven (31) und Miriam (23)) studieren beide Medizin, in unterschiedlichen Semestern. In der WG versuchen wir regelmäßig zusammen zu kochen, was trinken zu gehen, Sport zu machen oder eine Runde zu zocken. Wir möchten keine Zweck-WG, allerdings soll natürlich jeder seine Ruhe haben können :)
We (Sven (31) and Miriam (23)) are medical students in different semesters. In our WG, we try to cook together on a regular basis, or go for a drink, do sports or play videogames. We are looking for a flatmate not only for the purpose of sharing a flat, but to socialise too - but of course, everyone should have his quiet when he/she wants to.
