Das Zimmer ist mind. 35 m2, ist allerdings im Dachgeschoss.
Das Sofa + Verdunkelungsrollo+der weisse Kleiderschrank mit Stangen im Bild kommen mit dem Zimmer mit!!! Das Sofa ist sehr bequem ist 1,5 Jahre alt, alle andere sind weniger als 1 Jahr alt.
Andere Möbel bleiben durch Verhandlung zu erhalten.
Waschmaschine und Abstellkammer sind auch verfügbar.
Diese WG befindet sich im Zentrum des beliebten Stadtteils Kessenich, um der Ecke der S-Bahn-Haltestelle "Bergstrasse".
Linien 61, 62 direkt vor der Tür. 10 Minuten Bahnfahrt bis zum Bonn Hbf. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof "UN-Campus", Lidl, Rewe, Edeka, dm befinden sich in der Nähe. Köstliche Restaurant in der Nachbarschaft: Italienisch, Griechisch, Syrisch usw.
Sehr ruhig und kulturelle Umgebung.
Ist zwar Zweck-WG, aber nette und ruhige Mitbewohner. Ideal für Studierende oder Pendler.
Jeder kümmert sich um Haushalt und Sauberkeit.
Bei uns gibt es hauptsächlich Studenten.
Nur Jemand über 24/25 wird erwünscht. (Allerdings nicht meine persönliche Entscheidung!)
