As I (Miriam) will be in France for the winter semester, I would like to sublet my room in a wonderful 5-person shared flat.
The room is 17 sqm, has beautiful wooden floorboards, high ceilings and a large window. I am leaving all the furniture here (see photos).
In addition to the bathroom pictured, we have another bathroom with a shower and a separate guest toilet.
There is also an additional cellar compartment in case storage space is still needed. :)
We are located directly on the border of Kessenich and Südstadt. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to Poppelsdorf or to the Rhine. The tram stop Haus der Jugend is right outside the door, so you can reach the city centre in about 6 minutes by tram. But you can also get threre in 10 minutes by bike or on foot through the beautiful Südstadt.
Supermarkets, small shops, cafés - everything is almost around the corner.
If you move in here, you will live with Minh (human), Patty (human), Luis (human), Lena (human) & Fido (dog).
Minh - (fabulous) amateur cook and film enthusiast - is already employed and works as an account manager. He is out during the day, but otherwise a super sociable guy.
Patty studies literature, is a creative all-rounder, with a small obsession for order (no OCD) and a dog.
Luis is studying history and philosophy, works a bit at the university hospital, loves to read and is a really nice, uncomplicated dude :)
Lena works in the field of intercultural communication, is always up for evening trips to the Rhine and yoga and is a very relaxed person.
Fido is a lovable lazy dog with a portion of insecurity.
Future housemates should definitely be pro-dog!
We have put a lot of effort into making the flat really nice, so we also care about a certaind degree of tidyness in the common rooms.
It is very important for us to feel good together, so we also value a certain sense of responsibility towards each other:)
