Ich vermiete mein geliebtes WG-Zimmer möbliert zur Zwischenmiete in Bonn-Kessenich :) Das Zimmer ist groß und wegen der zwei großen Fenster schön hell.
Du würdest zusammen wohnen mit (der besten Mitbewohnerin) Merle, 22, unkompliziert, macht dann ihr Rep und wird daher viel in der Uni sein, sie spielt gerne Volleyball und findet den Mix aus Zeit für sich selbst und gemeinsamem kochen oder ähnliches super, also typischer WG-Alltag :)
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist quasi direkt vor der Tür und zur Bahnhaltestelle (Eduard-Otto-Straße) dauert es knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl und Rewe sind auch fusßläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Miete beinhaltet schon alle Nebenkosten inkl. Internet und beträgt insgesamt 473€ (465€ pauschal plus 8€ Internet/Monat).
