Die Bushaltestelle ist 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt, mit den Buslinien 604 und 605. Damit ist es eine bequeme 10-minütige Fahrt zum Bonner Hauptbahnhof und eine 5-minütige Fahrt direkt zum Campus Poppelsdorf der Universität Bonn.

Die Nachbarschaft ist der Inbegriff von Ruhe, Sicherheit und Entspannung. Ein toller Ort, um einen Spaziergang zu machen, vielleicht den Kreuzberg zu besteigen (die Aussicht ist es wert). Es gibt einen Edeka in der Nähe mit einem 5-minütigen Spaziergang für alle Ihre Lebensmittelbedürfnisse.

The bus stop is 100 meters from the house, with bus lines 604 and 605. With that, it's a comfortable 10-min ride to Bonn Central Station, and a 5-min ride directly to Campus Poppelsdorf University of Bonn.

The neighbourhood is the epitome of quiet, safe and relaxed. A great place to take a walk around, maybe climb the Kreuzberg (the view is worth it). There is an Edeka nearby with a 5-min walk for all your grocery requirements.

Es gibt insgesamt 5 Personen.
Wir alle fünf kommen aus verschiedenen Ländern, Kulturen, Sprachen usw. Wir verstehen uns gut und ich hoffe, dass die Atmosphäre als solche erhalten bleibt. Auch hier gelten die Klassiker, jeder ist bereit für ein Gespräch, gemeinsam zu kochen und zu essen, Karten zu spielen usw. und alle Grenzen und persönlichen Räume werden wie normale Menschen respektiert.
Wir können versuchen, einen Termin zu vereinbaren, damit du die anderen Leute hier treffen kannst.

PS: Wir teilen nur die Küche, das Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad.

There are 5 people in total.
All five of us are from different countries, cultures, languages, etc. We get along well, and I hope that the atmosphere is maintained as such. The classics apply here too, everyone is ready for a conversation, to cook together and eat, play cards, etc. and all boundaries and personal spaces are respected like normal people.
We can try to arrange a date so that you can meet the other people here.

PS: We only share the kitchen, the room has it's own Bathroom.

Die Möbel und andere Sachen im Zimmer müssen übernommen werden. Ich habe gerade alles im Dezember gekauft, also ist es ziemlich unbenutzt. Zu den zu übernehmenden Dingen gehören:

Bett (mit hohem Metallrahmen, Matratze 200 × 200 cm)
Ein Schreibtisch (nicht der auf den Bildern)
Ein großes Regal
2 Kleiderschränke
Ein kleines Regal für Lebensmittel usw.
Ein Schrank für Besteck usw.
Stuhl
Regale im Badezimmer (kann besprochen werden)
Fenstervorhänge
WLAN-Einrichtung (Eine Änderung des Vertragseigentums, beinhaltet WLAN-Geschwindigkeit von 250 Mbit / s, Router und Ethernet-Kabel.)

Es besteht immer die Möglichkeit, den Vertrag zu verlängern, und bei Bedarf genügt eine einfache Kündigungsfrist von 3 Monaten, um vor Vertragsende auszuziehen.

Für alle internationalen Studenten: Eine Stadtregistrierung ist mit dieser Wohnung möglich.

The furniture and other stuff in the room has to be taken over. I have just bought all of it in December, so it's pretty much unused. The things to be taken over include:

Bed (with a high metal frame, mattress 200×200 cm)
A desk (not the one in the pictures)
A big shelf
2 wardrobes
A small shelf for food etc
A cabinet for cutlery etc.
A chair
Shelves in the bathroom (can be discussed)
Window curtains
Wi-Fi setup ( A change in contract ownership, includes wifi speed of 250Mbit/s, router and ethernet cable.)

There is always the possibility of extending the contract, and if needed a simple 3-month notice will suffice to move out before the contract end.

For all international student: a city registration is possible with this apartment.
