The apartment is on the top floor, but has only a few sloping ceilings and remains pleasantly cool even in summer. The room, which is connected to the kitchen and bathroom via a corridor, has a window that faces south and provides plenty of light during the day.
There is enough space for a big bed, a desk and even sofa or a small dinning table in the room, at the moment there is some furniture in the room (desk, chair and a dinning table) and we could discuss wether you'd like to keep it or not.
Lengsdorf is very easy to reach from Bonn city center: The bus stop is less than 5 minutes walk away. The bus takes about 10 minutes to the city center and usually comes every 10 minutes. Night buses also run at the same bus stop. The Lengsdorf/Duisdorf highway exit is very close by. Parking is available in cross streets.
A supermarket with bakery and post office, as well as a medical center and a few snack bars are within walking distance of the apartment.

I am from Colombia, from Salento more exactly, the coffee Region and yes I am a lot into coffee.
I have high expectations about a new WG... Bound with a nice person, live in a good mood and to whom I can bother about my german homework (Just kidding...or maybe not), I am curretly B1 in German so if you could help me improve my german that will be really amazing!
I lived in Germany during the pandemic in 2020, and I decided to come to live here for a longer period of time to get the language and a bit more of the culture so now I am a student at uni Bonn, already finishing my masters degree in Biology so now I am mainly focus on my thesis, in my work and in learning German.
I am a lot into water related stuff so in my free time I like to swimm and practice freediving/diving and also join university sports.
I am very flexible when it comes to being alone or with more people, because I am fine with reading, writing and enjoying a cup of coffee but I also find great to cook for more people and have dinner together or to go out to dance, I am a latina after all.
Besides that in found a new passion in Germany: SPERMÜLL, I absolutely love it!!!!!

The small kitchen is equipped and the use of it is included in the rent, It was renovated 2 years ago and has a new floor.
The floor was also renovated in the bathroom last year.
There is a washing machine in the basement.
The "sonstige" costs are not consistent every month and it is about the things that we both will use in the house like soap for washing dishes and stuff like that.
