4er WG in der Nordstadt sucht neue*n Mitbewohner*in

Die studentenfreundliche Gegend bietet mit ihrer guten Infrastruktur einen wunderschönen Platz zum Wohnen. Durch die optimale Verkehrsanbindung bist du entweder mit der Buslinie 604/605 vom Gerhardsplatz in 10 Minuten im Stadtzentrum oder mit den weiteren Buslinien 605/604/601/818/817 vom Josephinum, unter anderem in Bornheim bzw. Uniklinikum. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in knapp 10 min. am Uni-Hauptgebäude bzw. in der Innenstadt und in 15min am Campus Poppelsdorf.
Der Rhein befindet sich in nächster Nähe und alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u.a. Lidl, Edeka) für den täglichen Bedarf sind fußläufig zu erreichen (max. 5 min. zu Fuß).
Der Sportpark ist um die Ecke und die Hochschulsportanlage und das Römerbad sind nicht weit weg. Die Altstadt ist direkt in der Nähe, d.h. viele Bars, Kneipen und schöne Läden, die mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Viele Rad- und Spazierwege befinden sich auch in sehr kurzer Entfernung. Die Autobahnauffahrt ist auch nicht weit, falls du ein Auto hast.

The area, student friendly and with good infrastructure, is a great place to live. You can be in the city center in 15 minutes with bus lines 604/605 from Gerhardsplatz or with bus lines 605/604/601/818/817 from the Josephinum. Other places, like Bornheim or Uniklinikum, are also reachable by bus. Moving by bike is even easier, as you can reach the city center and Uni-bonn, as well as the Rhine, in about 10 minutes. There is a Lidl and an Edeka within walking distance (max. 5 min. by foot).
For active leisure activities, there is a lot on offer here, such as the official sports park, the sport centre of the uni and Römerbad and the many bars and pubs of the Aldstadt (5 minutes by bike). Many cycling and walking paths are also located in a very short distance. Another plus is that the flat is located near the highway entrance, in case you have a car.

Leider verlasse ich (Daniel) nach 2 sehr schönen Jahren und liebgewonnene Mitbewohner*innen die WG und suche dementsprechend einen Nachmieter zum 01.10.23.

Wir waren alle relativ gut beschäftigt, aber machen auch gerne etwas gemeinsam. Nach anstrengenden Tagen trafen wir uns oft in der Küche und tauschten uns aus. Ansonsten gehen wir gerne gemeinsam in Bars, zum Essen oder auf Wanderungen. Gelegentlich, besonders bei schlechtem Wetter, besuchen wir gemeinsam das Kino – einmal haben wir sogar an einem Salsa-Kurs teilgenommen. Unser gemeinsames WG-Leben erreicht vor allem jetzt im Sommer seinen Höhepunkt, wenn wir gemeinsam Zeit im Garten verbringen, zusammen kochen, essen oder (Garten)Partys feiern. Natürlich geben wir uns gegenseitig den Raum für Ruhe und Privatsphäre, und du kannst jederzeit deine Zimmertür schließen und ungestört deine Zeit verbringen.

Mit dir werden Konstantinos, Sascha und Simeon wohnen:

Konstatinos ist vor 2 Jahren von Griechenland nach Bonn gekommen, um am DZNE-UKB seine Promotion im Bereich Neuroepidemiologie zu schreiben. Er spricht zwar Deutsch, fühlt sich aber in der englischen Sprache wohler, daher sprechen wir hauptsächlich Englisch in der WG. Wenn er nicht das schöne Wetter mit einem Kaltgetränk am Rhein genießt, kocht er gerne, fährt Fahrrad oder unternimmt Wanderungen in den naheliegenden Wäldern.

Sascha arbeitet unter der Woche als Software-Entwickler und verbringt seine Freizeit meist mit Bouldern, Kochen, Musik oder mit uns zusammen. Ab und zu geht er ins Theater, ins Kino (Sneak Preview im Woki) oder in die nahegelegenen Kunstausstellungen.

Simeon ist erst seit dem 01.04. eingezogen und war bis jetzt nicht oft da, da seine Arbeit es ihm ermöglicht, häufig zu reisen. Abgesehen davon ist er aber eine aktive Person und geht gerne bouldern oder in eine Bar.

Unfortunately, after two wonderful years and with fondness for my fellow roommates, I am leaving the WG and therefore, I am looking for a new tenant to move in on October 1, 2023.

We were all relatively busy with our individual activities, but we also enjoy doing things together. After exhausting days, we often gathered in the kitchen to exchange thoughts and experiences. Otherwise, we like to go together to bars, dine out, or go on hikes. Occasionally, especially during bad weather, we visit the cinema together – once we even took part in a salsa course. Our WG life reaches its peak, especially during the summer, when we spend time together in the garden, cook and eat together, or host (garden) parties. Of course, we all respect each other's need for quiet and privacy, and you can always close your room door to have undisturbed time for yourself.

Living with you will be Konstantinos, Sascha, and Simeon:

Konstantinos came to Bonn from Greece two years ago to pursue his Ph.D. in Neuroepidemiology at DZNE-UKB. Although he speaks German, he feels more comfortable in English, so we mainly communicate in English in the WG. When he's not enjoying the nice weather with a cold drink by the Rhine, he likes to cook, ride his bike, or go hiking in the nearby forests.

Sascha works as a software developer during the week and spends his leisure time mostly bouldering, cooking, enjoying music, or being together with us. Occasionally, he goes to the theater, the cinema (Sneak Preview at Woki), or nearby art exhibitions.

Simeon moved in on April 1st and hasn't been around much due to work, which allows him to travel frequently. However, aside from that, he's an active person and enjoys bouldering or going to a bar.
