Hey ihr lieben Wohnungssuchenden,
da ich mich während meines Referendariats vier Monate außerhalb von Bonn herumtreibe (Brüssel und Speyer), möchte ich mein schönes Zimmer für die Zeit (April bis August) untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist mit 19 qm schön groß und durch die Ausrichtung nach Süden sehr hell. Es ist mit einem Schreibtisch, zwei Regalen, einem Bett (1,40 m breit) und einem großen Schrank eingerichtet. Die Möbel werde ich für die Zeit natürlich drin lassen; ansonsten versuche ich aber meine Sachen soweit es geht auszuräumen oder so zu verstauen, dass sie nicht stören. Das Zimmer geht direkt von der Küche ab, sodass man Geräusche aus der Küche hören kann. Da meine Mitbewohnerinnen aber sehr rücksichtsvoll sind, war das für mich bisher kein Problem.
Zur restlichen Wohnung gehört eine sehr große und gemütliche Wohnküche, in der neben einem Esstisch auch noch eine große Couch Platz findet. Außerdem haben wir ein großes Bad (mit Dusche und Badewanne) und ein kleines Gäste-WC, was ebenfalls sehr praktisch ist.

As I am spending four months (from April to August) away from Bonn, I would like to sublet my lovely room for this period.
The room is 19 square metres in size and very bright due to its south-facing orientation. It is furnished with a desk, two shelves, a bed (1.40 metres) and a large wardrobe. Of course I will leave the furniture in there. For the rest I will try to clear out most of my things or store it in a way that isn't bothering. The room is directly off the kitchen, so you can hear some noises from the kitchen. However, as my flatmates are very considerate, this shouldn't be a problem.
The flat has a very large and cosy kitchen with space for a dining table and a large couch. We also have a nice bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a small guest toilet, which is also very practical.
Die WG ist super gut gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Bonner Altstadt und damit fußläufig zu vielen Bars und Kneipen. Außerdem ist man sehr schnell an der Rheinpromenade (max. 10 Min.), ideal zum spazieren gehen oder joggen. Auch die Innenstadt und die Uni sind nicht weit, insbesondere mit dem Fahrrad ist eigentlich alles in max. 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
Zudem gibt es verschiedene fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: direkt um die Ecke ist ein Netto, außerdem in etwa 5-7 Minuten Entfernung ein Aldi und zwei Rewes.
Die ÖPNV-Anbindung ist ebenfalls gut: in 3-4 Minuten ist man bei der nächsten Tramstation, außerdem gibt es verschiedene Busse und in 10 Minuten erreicht man die Stadtbahn. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten.

The flat is very well located, very close to Bonn's old town which means within walking distance of many bars and pubs. You can also reach the Rhine promenade very quickly (max. 10 minutes), ideal for walking or jogging. The city centre and the university are rather close too, especially by bike everything can be reached in a maximum of 20 minutes.
There are also various shopping facilities within walking distance: there is a Netto supermarket just around the corner, and an Aldi and two Rewe supermarkets about 5-7 minutes away.
The public transport connections are good as well: the nearest tram station is in a 3-4 minutes walk, there are also various buses and the main train station can be reached in about 20 minutes.
Deine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen sind Manja (24) und Johanna (23).
Manja wohnt schon am längsten in der WG und macht derzeit ihren Master in Medienwissenschaften. Nebenher arbeitet sie beim WDR und dreht ab und zu kleine Reportagen. Manja ist ein sehr aktiver Mensch. Sie spielt gerne Beachvolleyball, trifft sich mit Freund:innen und geht gerne abends noch auf ein Bierchen in die Altstadt. Am Wochenende ist sie auch häufig zum feiern in Köln oder Koblenz.
Johanna (Jojo) ist im September für ihren VWL-Master nach Bonn gezogen. Sie ist ebenfalls viel mit Freund:innen unterwegs und geht gerne klettern oder ins Gym. Nach einem anstrengenden Unitag ist sie aber auch immer offen für einen gemütlichen Serienabend auf der WG-Couch.
Unser WG-Alltag ist sehr offen und entspannt. Zwar sind alle viel unterwgs, aber wenn es passt, wird zusammen gekocht, gegessen oder einfach nur ein bisschen in unserer gemütlichen Küche gequatscht.
Wichtig zu wissen ist außerdem, dass wir sind eine relativ ordentliche WG sind (und das auch gerne weiterhin bleiben möchten). Das heißt, dass wir einen funktionierenden (etwas kuriosen) Putzplan haben, versuchen regelmäßig unseren Kram wegzuräumen, sich alle verantwortlich fühlen die Spülmaschine auszuräumen usw.

Your two new flatmates are Manja (24) and Johanna (23).
Manja has lived in the flat share the longest and is currently doing her Master's degree in Media Studies. She also works at WDR and produces short reports from time to time. Manja is a very active person. She enjoys playing volleyball, meeting up with friends and going out for a beer in the old town. At the weekend, she often goes partying in Cologne or Koblenz.
Johanna (Jojo) moved to Bonn in September for her economics master's degree. She also spends a lot of time out with friends and she likes to go climbing or going to the gym. But after an exhausting day at university, she's also always up for a cosy evening watching series on the shared flat couch.
Our everyday life in the flat is very open. Although everyone is out and about a lot, we like to cook and eat together from time to time or just chat a bit in our cosy kitchen.
It's also important to know that we really like our flat to be tidy and clean. This means that we have a functioning cleaning schedule, everyone cleans the kitchen after cooking and we all feel responsible for tasks like clearing out the dishwasher.
Wenn ihr das Gefühl habt, ihr würdet gut zu uns passen, dann meldet euch gerne. Wir freuen uns insbesondere auch über Anfragen von Erasmusstudierenden, die das Sommersemester an der Uni Bonn verbringen. Aber ihr seid natürlich genauso willkommen, wenn ihr wegen eines Praktikums oder Ähnlichem für ein paar Monate eine Bleibe in Bonn sucht!
