Hallo zusammen,
ab dem 1. August (wahlweise auch ab Mitte August) wird ein 15 m² großes Zimmer in der Ellerstraße in Bonn frei. Das Zimmer ist gut erhalten (vor nicht all zu langer Zeit gestrichen). Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben, der Rest der Wohnung ist aber super ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, am Rande der Altstadt und nur eine Minute von der Bahnstation Bonn West entfernt. Auch zu Fuß sind es nur ca. 15 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Zum Uni-Hauptgebäude sind es mit dem Fahrrad 7 Minuten, bzw. mit der Bahn 5 Minuten. Auch die anderen Institute in der Südstadt, in Poppelsdorf oder Emdenich sind gut von der Wohnung aus erreichbar. Um die Ecke ist ein Edeka, etwas weiter ein Aldi.
Wir sind eine 3er Mädels-WG, alles Studentinnen zwischen 25-28 Jahren.
Bei Interesse schreib mir am besten eine Mail mit einigen Infos über Dich, ich versuche so schnell wie möglich zu antworten. Besichtigungen und auch Skype-Gespräche sind möglich :-)
