Ich biete mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete ab Mai an, Zeiten sind etwas flexibel. Bis mindestens Ende Juni. Kürzerer Zeitraum wäre auch möglich, evtl auch sogar länger. Gerne einfach anfragen.
Voll möbliert. Mit allem was man so braucht, inklusive Balkon. Wir haben eine kleine gemeinsame Küche mit Spülmaschine und ein tageslicht Bad mit Waschmaschine. Du müsstest dich aber bitte um meine Pflanzen kümmern.

Looking for a nice and easy going person, who will stay with my lovely roommates Andres from Ecuador and Adriana from Portugal, both fluent in German as well. Exact dates can be discussed. The flat it located in the north of Bonn, near tram station "Bonn West". Don't hesitate to ask me anything.
Die Wohnung ist im Bonner Norden, in der Nähe der Ubahn Haltestelle Bonn West. Keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Obi und Edeka entfernt, viele Supermärkte rundherum. Busse (604 & 605) fahren hier auch direkt ab. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele im nahen Umkreis. Mit dem Rad ist man, wie immer in Bonn, aber am besten unterwegs. Die Altstadt ist aber auch direkt nebenan. Ruhige, aber super Lage.
WG Leben ist nicht ganz klar, da Andres auch gerade einen Zwischenmieter sucht und Adriana nach Alfter zieht. Aber evtl sind auch beide doch da. Da müsste man dann mal gucken.
Miete ist alles mit drin. Ab dem 1.5. kannst du in meinem Bettchen schlafen und meine Blumen gießen. Kürzerer Zwischenmiete evtl auch möglich. Die Wohnung wird zum Herbst hin wahrscheinlich komplett gekündigt, eine Übernahme wäre vielleicht möglich wenn gewünscht.
Kaution sind 500€.
