The apartment is located in close proximity to the Wurzerstraße subway station. Within walking distance, there are major supermarkets such as Lidl, Rewe, Edeka, and other shopping options. The location boasts an ideal connection, as the apartment is only one stop away from Godesberger train station, and provides easy access to downtown Bonn.
Da es sich um eine Wg-Neugründung handelt, besteht grundsätzlich die Möglichkeit, vieles neu zu gestalten. Die Gestaltung hängt jedoch hauptsächlich von den individuellen Wünschen und Bedürfnissen der zukünftigen Bewohner ab.
Ich suche nach einer sympathischen, eher ruhigen und ordentlichen Person, die ein angenehmes Wohnumfeld schätzt.
Zu meiner Person: Ich heiße Valérie und bin 59 Jahre alt, gebürtige Französin und lebe seit 29 Jahre in Deutschland, ich spreche fließend Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch.
Ich würde mich als sympathische, weltoffenenen Menschen bezeichnen, was sich auch in meinem Freundeskreis widerspiegelt. Zudem arbeite in Vollzeit in einem jungen internationalen Team und habe daher auch viele Berührungspunkte und Freundschaften zu jüngeren Menschen und kann mir daher auch das zusammenleben mit Menschen verschiedenen Alters vorstellen.
