Ich (Nora) mache im März ein Praktikum in Berlin und möchte daher mein Wg-Zimmer in Bonn Poppelsdorf Am Botanischen Garten untervermieten. (Nur für den einen Monat!!)
Man läuft 2min zur Haltstelle Am Botanischen Garten und ist dann innerhalb von 5min im Zentrum.
Netto und Edeka sind 5min zu Fuß entfernt.
Parkplätze findet man in der Nebenstraße auch ganz gut!
Bei den 520€ ist dann alles mit drin und das Zimmer hat einen großen Balkon.
Waschmaschine im Keller ist zur Mitbenutzung verfügbar (ohne Geld).
Wir sind eigentlich eine 3er-Wg aber 2 von uns sind im März weg, weshalb nur meine Mitbewohnerin Catherine in dem Monat da wäre! (Sie studiert VWL :))
