Liebe Zimmersuchende!
Da ich von Anfang März bis Anfang April für ein Praktikum ins Ausland gehe, biete ich vom 28.02. bis etwa 10.04. mein 24qm großes Zimmer in userer heißgeliebten VenusbergWG in Poppelsdorf direkt am Botanischen Garten zur Zwischenmiete an.
Das Zimmer ist hell und mit direktem Blick auf den Botanischen Garten.
Die WG ist zentral in Poppelsorf gelegen. 5min zum Supermarkt, 5min zur Uni in der Nussallee, 5min zum Poppelsdorfer Platz
Wir leben zu 9. (5Jungs+4Mädels) in einem großen Haus mit 3 Bädern und 2 Küchen, einem Gemeinschaftsraum, Fahrradabstellraum und Keller mit Waschmaschine und Trockenraum.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern an gemeinsamen Aktivitäten interessiert.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 305€ (etwa 10€ pro Monat). Der Preis für den gesamten Zeitraum vom 28.Feb. bis 10.April beläuft sich zuzüglich 12 Tage auf 425€.
