Das Zimmer ist nicht so groß aber gemütlich. Sehr hell, Fenster ist praktisch im Himmel und du siehst den Mond vom Bett. Schrank, Tisch, Bett, Matratze, Schreibtisch und drei Stühle sind auch dabei. Es ist ziemlich ruhig hier und das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten, es gibt genug Platz.
Poppelsdorf, alles nah. Restaurants, Kneipen, Apotheken, Netto und Edeka und Bioladen 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Bushaltestelle genauso. Südstadt auch ganz nah, zu füß 10 Minuten. Richtig gute Lage, der Venusberg zum Joggen oder so ist auch um die Ecke.
Hier ist keine echte WG, man teilt mit den anderen Mieter das Bad, die Küche und die Dusche: keine besondere sozialen Fähigkeiten erfordert :) trotzdem verstehen sie sich die Menschen hier ganz gut mit einander, eine Putzfrau kommt 2/3 mal im Monat und sorgt für Harmonie.
Der Vermieter ist ganz entspannt, hat sogar letztens die Heizung repariert. Du würdest praktisch einziehen und meinen Vertrag übernehmen.
