Das Zimmer ist geräumig, hat Parkettboden und eine nette Sicht. Aufgrund des großen Fensters gibt es viel natürliches Licht. Es gibt auch einen geteilten Garten mit Fahrradstellplätzen hinter dem Haus. Das Zimmer kommt möbiliert mit Bett, Schrank, Kallax und Schreibtisch. Die Möbel sind alle in gutem Zustand und relativ neu.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen Wohngegend in Poppelsdorf. Es gibt diverse Supermärkte und Discounter in 5-10 Minuten Laufweite. Man erreicht Straßenbahn und Busse ebenfalls schnell zu Fuß. Von der Wohnung kommt man zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt und zur Uni. In der Nähe gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten.
