Heyo, ich ziehe bald um und möchte ab dem 01.08. gerne mein Zimmer abgeben :)
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Souterrain-Wohnung, durch ein Fenster kommt trotzdem viel Licht ins Zimmer. Die gewölbten Decken der Wohnung geben ihr einen Altbau-Charme. Es befinden sich noch eine kleine Küche, ein Esszimmer und ein Badezimmer in der Wohnung, dass mit den anderen beiden Mitbewohnerinnen geteilt wird.

The room is in a basement apartment, the room is still bright due to the big window. The vaulted ceilings of the apartment give it an old building charm. There is also a small kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom in the apartment that is shared with the other two flatmates.
Die Lage kann man wirklich nicht übertreffen. Das Haus liegt am Anfang der Südstadt, und obwohl es nur 5min bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind, ist es sehr ruhig und auf der Straße ist kaum Verkehr. Zum Haus zugehörig ist auch ein Garten, der von allen Mitbewohner*innen genutzt werden kann, z.B. zum Grillen oder für Parties im Sommer (das kann man dann in der hausinternen WhatsApp-Gruppe abklären :)). Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Fahrradstellplatz, für den du auch einen Schlüssel bekommst.
You really can't beat the location. The house is located at the beginning of Südstadt, and although it is only 5 minutes to the main train station, it is very quiet and there is hardly any traffic on the street. There is also a garden that belongs to the house, which can be used by all flatmates, e.g. for barbecuing or for parties in summer (you can clarify that in the internal WhatsApp group :)). There is a bicycle parking space in front of the house, for which you will also receive a key.
Novie und Grace sind junge Krankenschwestern aus den Philippinen, daher sind gute Englisch- (und optimal Tagalog-)Kenntnisse von Vorteil, aber die beiden verstehen auch Deutsch. :) Unser Zusammenleben war auf jeden Fall immer sehr entspannt.
Novie and Grace are young nurses from the Philippines, so a good knowledge of English (and optimally Tagalog) is an advantage, but they both also understand German. :) Our life together was definitely always very relaxed.
Ich kann bei Anfrage auf jeden Fall noch mehr Fotos schicken, über kurzfristige Besichtigungen würde ich mich sehr freuen 😅
