Are you looking for your favourite WG ever? We got just the place for you!
The room is situated on the 3rd floor of a renovated, older but fully functional building, with a classic and cosy look, right under the roof. It has two windows for light and frische luft, and all the furniture you can see in the pictures is already included with the room (yes, even the TV). Perfect if you want to study or chill, but also if you want to host some friends for a movie night.
The kitchen is also fully equipped, with dishware and cookware, and all the essential appliances, so all you need to bring along are your clothes and good spirits!
The rent already includes all utilities, like heating, water, electricity and (very) high-speed internet. Only the (damned) radio tax is not covered.
The location is perfect, away from the hassle of the city centre, but close enough that you can walk to the Main station or the main building of the University in under 15 minutes. The Südstadt neighbourhood is arguably the friendliest in Bonn, with its classic, nice architecture and small cafes and local stores around every corner.
Plenty of options for transportation, with bus right across the street, and tram or u-bahn down the street in under 5 minutes walking.
Also a bank, bakery and bars in close proximity, with a couple of options for supermarkets, like Netto and Rewe, only a 5 to 10 minute walk away.
The Rhein river is basically down the street as well, if you fancy going for a jog or biking or even just for a walk.
Your new potential cool flatmates are Rui and Arbaz, both studying/minijobbing and planning big things in life!
We mostly just take it casually and have a chill WG life. We go out with friends for a cold drink, sometimes host people for some fun gatherings or just to watch a movie or sports, and once in a while cook together or just hang out in the kitchen. We will not force anyone to constantly do stuff together, but also are looking for a person that won't just stay in their room and barely interact.
So if you want a place where you can have your privacy but still find people ready to hang out and joke around when you feel like it, this is the right spot!
We'd like to know a bit about you, like what you do/are gonna do in Bonn, where you come from and some of the things you spend your free time on, so write us a message (please not too long!) and we'll get back to you to set up some visits, probably soon as we're almost in September, so you can check the apartment for yourself and also get to know us and show us your vibe.
The landlord is super chill about requirements, so no complicated documentation or certificates needed and there is no limit to how long you could stay. Instead, a deposit of 2 months' rent is kept.
Moving in date is flexible, it can be as early or as late in the month as you wish, but even if you come to Bonn closer to October we'd still ask for at least half of the September rent as the room is already empty.
