Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock. Das Zimmer wird ohne Möbel vermietet lediglich der schwarze Kleiderständer kann bei Bedarf übernommen werden. Neben einem Badezimmer und einem separaten WC, gibt es in der Küche einen kleinen Balkon, der zum Innenhof ausgerichtet ist.

Die WG liegt sehr zentral, am Rande des Bonner Talwegs. Einkäufe lassen sich bei dem 2 Minuten entfernten Netto, sowie bei Rewe und DM (ca. 8 Minuten entfernt) zu Fuß erledigen.

In der WG wohnen Gian Luca (26) und Viviana (23). Viviana studiert Jura in Bonn und Luca nachhaltige Ingenieurwissenschaft an der Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg. Das WG-Leben in unserer WG in relativ entspannt. Spontane Gespräche sind immer willkommen, ansonsten gibt es beim Zusammenleben wenig Verpflichtungen.
Es gibt einen wöchentlich wechselnden WG-Dienstplan (Putzen, Müll rausbringen etc.).

In der WG ist bereits alles vorhanden und kann bei Einzug mitbenutzt werden. Es gibt eine gemeinschaftliche Wachmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler, sowie sämtliche Küchenutensilien. Die Miete beinhaltet zudem sämtliche Nebenkosten (inkl. Internet + GEZ).
