Das 27qm große Zimmer befindet sich in einem denkmalgeschützten Gründerzeithaus in der schönen Südstadt, hat hohe Decken mit Stuck, Holzdielenboden, große Fenster und einen eigenen Balkon mit Blick auf den Gemeinschaftsgarten. Es ist wirklich ein Traum von einem Altbauzimmer und so groß, dass man verschiedene Bereiche zum Schlafen, Wohnen und Arbeiten einrichten kann. Hier oben im 2. Stock schwebt man gefühlt über der sehr zentrale Lage mit den Schienen. Die Fenster sind schalldicht 3fachverglast, sodass man die Züge bei geschlossenem Fenster und etwas Gewöhnung kaum wahrnimmt. Auf dem Balkon natürlich schon, aber ich habe mich schnell daran gewöhnt und hier sehr gerne über viele Jahre gewohnt.
Von der Einrichtung würde ich gerne ein paar Dinge übergeben, die gut ins Zimmer passen, und zwar die Vorhänge für die große Fensterfront, die Deckenlampe (westwing, Vienna), den Kleiderschrank und die Auslöse der Waschmaschine. Am besten besprechen wir vor Ort, was Du gebrauchen kannst. Ich würde gerne alles für 150€ VB an Dich übergeben.
In der Gemeinschaftsküche mit Einbauküche kann man es sich mit den beiden WG-Mitbewohner*in bei gemeinsamen Kochen gemütlich machen.
Das Bad ist sehr großzügig mit Dusche & Badewanne und einem Fenster ausgestattet und ist sehr schön gefließt.
Neben der Waschmaschine im Bad gibt es auch einen Waschkeller mit Zugang zum Garten. Hier hat sich die Gartenarbeit zu einer schönen (freiwilligen!) Gemeinschaftsaktivität einiger Leute aus den drei Wohngemeinschaften im Haus entwickelt. Es gibt verschiedene Sitzecken, Gemüse- und Blumenbeete. So bietet der Garten viel Platz, um die Sonne und den Sommer zu genießen :)
Im Dachgeschoss wohnt außerdem ein ganz lieber Hund names Finn, mit dem selbst ich mit Hundeangst ein gutes Gefühl hatte. Eine Allergie solltest Du allerdings nicht haben.

The 27sqm room is located in the beautiful Südstadt, has high ceilings with stucco, wooden floors, large windows and its own balcony with a view of the communal garden.It really is a dream of an old building room and is so big that you can set up different areas for sleeping, living and working. Up here on the 2nd floor you feel like you're floating above the very central location with the rails. The windows are soundproof with triple glazing, so you can hardly notice the trains when the window is closed and you got used to it after a while. On the balcony, of course yes, but I quickly got used to it and enjoyed living here for many years.
I would like to hand over a few things from the furnishings that fit well into the room, namely the curtains for the large window front, the ceiling lamp (westwing, Vienna), the wardrobe and my share for the washing machine. It's best to discuss what you need on site. I would like to hand everything over to you for €150 VB.
In the shared kitchen with a fitted kitchen you can make yourself comfortable and cook together with your two flatmates.
The bathroom is very spacious with a shower and bathtub and a window and is beautifully tiled.
In addition to the washing machine in the bathroom, there is also a laundry cellar with access to the garden. Here, gardening has developed into a nice (voluntary!) community activity for some people from the three shared apartments in the house. There are various seating areas, vegetable and flower beds. The garden offers plenty of space to enjoy the sun and summer :)
There is also a very sweet dog named Finn who lives in the attic, and even I, who am afraid of dogs, had a good feeling with him. However, you shouldn't have an allergy.
Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt zwischen HBF, Rhein und mitten in der sehr pittoresken Südstatdt.
*Rewe ist in 5 Min., Bushaltestelle in 2 Min., Straßenbahn in 5 Min., Rhein in 6 Min. und Bonn HbF in 10 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, mit vielen Supermärkten in der Nähe und guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (der Bus ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Straßenbahn ca. 5 Minuten und der Bonner Hauptbahnhof / Innenstadt 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Zum Rhein und dem Rheinradweg sind es nur 5 Minuten, in Richtung Kottenforst ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Haus befindet sich am Bahnübergang Weberstraße. In der Nähe der WG gibt es einige kleine freundliche Geschäfte, tolle Restaurants, gemütliche Cafés und Kneipen, 3 Minuten von hier befindet sich auch der Rheinpavillon, eine nette Bar/Café direkt am Wasser.

The location is really perfect between the main station, the Rhine and in the middle of the very picturesque southern city.
*Rewe can be reached in 5 minutes, bus stop in 2 minutes, tram in 5 minutes, Rhine in 6 minutes and Bonn HbF in 10 minutes on foot.
The house is very centrally located, with many supermarkets nearby and good connections to public transport (the bus is a 2-minute walk away, the tram is around 5 minutes away and Bonn's main train station/city center is a 10-minute walk away). It's only 5 minutes to the Rhine and the Rhine cycle path, and about 15 minutes on foot towards Kottenforst. The house is located at the Weberstraße railway crossing. Near the shared apartment there are some small, friendly shops, great restaurants, cozy cafés and pubs. 3 minutes from here is the Rheinpavillon, a nice bar/café right on the water.
In unserer WG mögen wir es international ;-). Hier leben Maria (spricht spanisch, englisch) und Hüseyin (spricht deutsch, englisch, türkisch). Die WG-Sprache ist daher englisch. Die beiden sind Ende 20 und berufstätig. Am liebsten haben wir abends in der Küche gekocht und Zeit im Garten verbracht.
Das Haus ist quasi ein großes Gemeinschaftshaus. Jede der 3 Etage bildet eine Wohneinheit und liegt offen zum Hausflur. Daher kennen wir uns im Haus sehr gut untereinander und machen gemeinsame Aktionen im Garten oder in den verschiedenen WG-Küchen. Es wäre toll, wenn Du auch Lust auf so ein nettes Miteinander hättest. Da die meisten im Haus berufstätig sind, ist es insgesamt ruhig und unkompliziert. Deshalb suchen auch wir jemanden, der es gern gemütlich mag.

We like it international in our shared apartment ;-). Maria (speaks Spanish, English) and Hüseyin (speaks German, English, Turkish) live here. The shared language is therefore English. The two are in their late 20s and work. We loved cooking in the kitchen in the evenings and spending time in the garden.
The house is essentially a large community center. Each of the 3 floors forms a residential unit and is open to the hallway. That's why we know each other very well in the house and do activities together in the garden or in the various shared kitchens. It would be great if you would also like to have such a nice time together. Since most of the people in the house work, it is quiet and uncomplicated overall. That's why we're looking for someone who likes to be comfortable.
