Hallo!
Ich wohne noch 2 Monate alleine in einer schönen großzügigen Altbau Wohnung die sehr zentral in Bonn liegt. Aufgrund der Nähe zum Bahnhof ist sie perfekt für Pendler.
Die Wohnung ist noch komplett möbliert, der Mietvertrag läuft zum 30. Juni aus. Für die restlichen 2 Monate suche ich nun einen ruhigen, berufstätigen, männlichen Mitbewohner der nicht raucht und genau wie ich den ganzen Tag arbeitet dh. nicht zuhause ist.
die Wohnung verfügt über eine Einbauküche, Schreibtisch, Bett etc sind vorhanden. Alles inklusive beträgt die Miete 500,00 €. Bei Interesse bitte einfach schreiben. Wichtig, es ist keine Übernahme der Wohnung möglich!
