As I will out of town for a while, I'll be subletting my spacious two rooms, fully furnished. Besides the room there is a fully equipped kitchen (fairly newly installed dish washer) with a small dining area. The bathroom is also very well equipped, especially with a relaxing rain shower and a washing dryer.

Im Haus wohnen mehrere junge Paare und es wird Wert auf eine gute Hausgemeinschaft gelegt. Die Straßenbahnlinien 61 und 62 fahren 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der HBF ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In gleicher Entfernung befinden sich ein Edeka, Rewe, eine Apotheke, sowie viele schöne Cafés und Restaurants.

The flat is located on the second floor and placed at Königstraße, a beautiful avenue in the heart of the Bonner Südstadt. Theres several young couples living in the building and we value a respected housing community. The tram lines 61 and 62 are close by and the central train station is only 5 minutes by foot. In close proximity there are several grocery stores (Rewe, Edeka), a pharmacy as well as lots of beautiful cafes and restaurants.
Your roommate will be Allie, the best roommate you could think of! She's mainly working from home, into Sports, discussions over home made food, and just a delight to be around!
You must be able to take care of my plants while im going since they're somewhat like my kids :D Times for moving in and out will be flexible as I will move to Lisbon for a few months.
