Dein WG-Zimmer ist ca. 11m2 groß und liegt zum Garten hin. Durch das Fenster kommt viel Licht rein und es ist trotz der zentralen Lage am Bonner Talweg ziemlich ruhig. Wir haben eine eigene Waschmaschine im Keller. Der Schreibtisch und das Bett sollten für 110 € übernommen werden.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Südstadt. Rewe, Bäcker und DM sind sozusagen gegenüber; Netto ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen. In der Südstadt sind viele Cafés und Restaurants. Das Unihauptgebäude sowie Juridicum sind ebenfalls super zu erreichen. Zum HBF braucht man ca. 10 min zu Fuß. S-Bahnstation und Bushaltestelle sind ca. 100m entfernt.

Du würdest mit Valentin (21), Nicolas (20) und mir (Cosima, 20) zusammen leben. Bisher war bei uns alles immer sehr locker, aber wir unternehmen gerne etwas miteinander und würden uns freuen, wenn wir in Zukunft auch etwas mit dir machen. Nicolas studiert Physik und Valentin und ich studieren beide Jura.

Der Vermieter benötigt eine Mieterselbstauskunft und positive Schufaauskunft! Die Miete/ Kaution könnte aufgrund der aktuellen Situation steigen.
